Tucked away in the quaint town of Union Pier stands the "Union Pier Retreat." This beautiful home is impeccably furnished and the perfect getaway for your next vacation. Walking distance to several restaurants and downtown Union Pier as well as Townline beach. Your group will love the heated association pool and clubhouse just a short walk from house. Also, your own private hot tub (open year-round) in your backyard. Kick back and have your morning coffee in your screened-in porch (seating for nine) or cozy up to the wood-burning fireplace. Backyard also equipped with a firepit to roast s'mores under the stars. The master bedroom is on the main floor with its own full en suite bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen and a twin the other with full bunk and twin with a jack and jill bathroom. There is also an additional fourth bedroom with three twin beds and a full. Dining room table can hold 8 and there is additional kitchen island seating for three. All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including internet, cable, gas grill, washer/dryer, central AC/heat, wood-burning fireplace, screened-in porch, private hot tub, association heated pool, outdoor firepit and much more. Union Pier Retreat has added a Peloton bike for guest use!

Great House for Pool and Beach Plans

House located in development steps from great pool and clubhouse. Free public beach access is only a short walk or drive away. First floor has a full bathroom with shower perfect for larger families.

Great little spot for two families with little kids

This house was perfect for our little weekend trip with another family and our collective four kids. The kitchen was fairly well-stocked, which was a pleasant surprise. The bedrooms were spacious and the sun room was such a cozy spot for the kids to watch tv or the adults to hang out. Great little house!

Everything we needed!

We brought our family to this home for a little vacation. This house was perfectly separated for our family of three pods!! The screened in back porch, fire pit, and hot tub were greatly used by our group! All the tv’s were smart and easy to use. We lightly used the kitchen, but found it had everything we needed! We also hung out at the pool one day and that was also nice! We would, and have already recommend this house for our friends and family! The only negative was that it needs a new American Flag out front😉🇺🇸 thank you for the great stay!
