The house is 2 storeys with the main living areas, kitchen and deck upstairs (capturing the ocean views), including 2 of the bedrooms. Downstairs is a 3rd bedroom and 2nd lounge / kids retreat with couch, bunks and a 2nd Smart TV. Enjoy watching Netflix or Stan via the free WiFi or delve into the in house DVD collection.
On the deck the BBQ awaits. Fire it up and harvest some of the edible delights from the garden to create a homemade feast. Grab a drink and listen to some tunes or find a book in the bookcase and while away the hours while kids are kept busy exploring the gardens of this exciting home.
For those wanting some activity, the beach is a short walk away, whilst Narrawallee inlet and Burrill Lake are short drives to the North or South.

Mollymook with it 's beautiful beach, dolphins playing in the surf, the beachside paradise of Mollymook has lots of appeal. Enjoy delicious dining, go surfing and play a round of golf overlooking the sparkling ocean. You might even spot majestic whales migrating along the NSW South Coast.
Mollymook Beach stretches for 2km, from Bannisters Point in the north to the Mollymook Golf Club atop the southern headland. Both ends of the beach are patrolled during the warmer months. Relax on the fine sands, enjoy beach fishing, and go snorkelling or diving around the rocky headlands and central reef.
The grassy knoll behind the beach is perfect for picnics. At the southern end of the beach there is a large natural rock pool, called the Bogey Hole. The shallow tidal pool is great for swimming and snorkelling.
Treat yourself and dine at the award-winning Rick Stein at Bannisters, enjoying local oysters, freshly caught seafood and coastal views. Bella Coastal Properties has a strict 'NO Party Policy. ' All guests must be Over the age of 21 when booking this property. Or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
The property is self-contained however it is not serviced, guests are required to bring all personal and pantry items. (Basic pantry items are provided)
