You cannot see anyone else, just woods, trees, a creek, and wildlife - but, when you exit the 3 acres you are 1/3 mile to the Tanger Outlet Mall and minutes from the famous 76 Strip. This property is close to everything and yet it feels like you are all by yourself. There truly is nothing else like this in Branson.

After pulling onto the private drive of this private home, you will instantly know you have made the perfect choice! There is plenty of parking for everyone on your guest list and for your trailers as well. Once inside you will love how spacious this split level property is. The main level is perfect for entertaining and being together. The large comfortable sectional has a perfect view of the large smart TV. This area was made for family movie nights! The large kitchen has stainless appliances, plenty of prep space, and amazing views of the wooded yard.You will find everything you need to make your favorite meals. The kitchen is open to the large dining area with wall to wall windows. Enjoying a meal here is enhanced by the beautiful views of the land surrounding the house. Meals just taste a little better when you're on vacation and we want to make sure you are able to spend time in your home-away-from-home relaxing. Just off the kitchen is the deck with a large hot tub - fun for everyone as it is 100% private. This is, of course, everyone's favorite spot to hangout! Our guests tell us that the beds in our properties are some of the most comfortable they have ever slept on, and this house is no exception! Just up stairs from the main level is the primary sleeping area. There is the primary king bedroom with luxury mattress and linens with ensuite bathroom with shower/ tub combo. Just across the hall is the bunk room, perfect for kids! It has a double bed with a twin bunk. At the end of the hall is a queen bedroom. Each bedroom has a TV with cable - so no more fighting over the remote! Access the second story deck off the queen bedroom - a wonderful place to enjoy the wooded views or moonlite evenings. Between the bedrooms, there is a hall bathroom with plenty of counter space and a shower/ tub combo.

Just below the main level is the lower level. Filled with natural light this area features an additional entertaining space with even more comfortable seating and an even bigger TV! The couch doubles as a sleeper sofa - perfect for extra guests. Many enjoy the game table with great views of the yard. Off the second living area is a large laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower off this area as well. Additionally on this level there are two king bedrooms. The first is just across from the bathroom. The second is a huge private room with an attached bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. This room also has a couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa. There is truly space for everyone in this large home! And of course, we offer high-speed wifi.
