Good location, a budget apartment that is value for money.
This place was considerably cheaper than similar places and hence we feel it was value for money, the furnishings are older but we where there for a beach not to stay inside. There are small portable fans but no AC. Overall happy with this place

I would stay again because of the price.
It was 100m to the beach, the place itself was very hot with no aircon or fan, so had to buy one at Port. The lounges were stained a different colour and the toilet roll holder was broken. Other than that we were hardly home and enjoyed port Macquarie very much. It was a good price for 10days so happy with that.

Thank you for your review. Glad you enjoyed your stay & the location. Unfortunately with the lounge being light blue in color it is hard to keep clean. We are constantly getting it steamed cleaned. The toilet roll holder has been replaced. Unfortunately there is no AC, however there was 2 fans in the wardrobes, sorry if you didn't come across them.

After reading fine print, thankfully I did as I realised this property doesn't come with sheets and pillow cases ect, you have to hire them, which is an absolute joke. Beds and mattresses were too old and squeaky and quite smelly along with being heavily stained. The bedroom cupboards seem they not been opened for quite a while as it smelled really old and musky. Extremely tight car space, to the point have to get passengers out of car 1st before entering. Coin slotted washing machine which doesnt indicate exactly what coins u need, so time was lost stuffing around with that. Overall cleanliness was very average. I will never stay there again that's for sure. Worth spending more to not have these dramas at all.

This was an older style unit, however, it had everything we needed for a relaxed holiday. Beach was within walking distance down the hill. Restaurants were also withing walking distance, loved the Italian down the road. Lots of great views from the walking path, although it is hilly in places. We had our own covered parking spot. Good value for money.

A great place to stay. Would recommend it for a family holiday. Car port very small though so we parked on the road. Convenient access to beach & Cafes. Would book again :)

Great property managers but poor property.
The property managers I would say are the best you will find. Excellent communication skills and more than willing to go out of their way. They are a local real estate agent and I would have to say I gave them 10 out of 10 for being sensational. Unfortunately the property is well but below par. The curtains are that old and need replacing because every time you touch them they physically breakdown in your hands. the property itself is full with cockroaches. Look don’t get me wrong it’s a great location and for what you pay it makes a great fishing hut. If the owners of the property just spent some time cleaning it and bringing the utensils to this day and age it might be too bad. Overall it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. Please don’t use this as a deterrent I’m hoping that the owners read it and spend some money revesting in their property.

Lovely stay at Port Macquarie
We were looking for an affordable place to stay in Port Macquarie close to the beach. Given the price, this was an excellent place for us. The property is older & not overly fancy, so don't book this if you're looking for 5 star accommodation. If you looking for a a budget property in Port Macquarie with close access to the beach and walking distance to a few shops (like us) you will have a great stay.
