    La casa es perfecta para 10 personas, destacar la zona de piscina y césped con barbacoa. Zona tranquila, al lado de la playa y cerca del pueblo y supermercados. A destacar que el precio de aire acondicionado non está incluido en el precio, es algo que debria estar incluido nunca me lo había encontrado.

    El sitio está genial, supermercados muy cerca, una terraza amplia, la playa estaba a dos calles, muy bien ubicada. Nosotros no teníamos constancia al llegar de que había que pagar por el aire acondicionado, a pesar del calor se estuvo perfecto.

    Lovely house close to town & beach

    We are frequent travellers to Sant Carles de La Rapita. This was our first stay in this lovely house which had everything we needed for our trip. The house was nice and clean and comfortable and had all the essentials. It was perfect for us as we had use of the garage to store our car and bikes. Situated a short walk to town and even shorter walk to the beach.

    Idéal pour les familles

    Nous avons été très bien accueilli par José et avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location. La maison est conforme aux photos, elle est spacieuse, très propre et bien entretenue avec tout le nécessaire. L'ascenseur est un avantage dans cette maison tout en hauteur ainsi que la piscine chauffée et sécurisée, indispensable quand il y a des enfants en bas âge. Une jolie plage est accessible à pieds ainsi que les commerces et centre ville. Le seul petit bémol est que le canapé n'était pas suffisant, 4 places assises alors que nous étions 6 adultes + enfants, mais à part cela tout était parfait !

    The best holiday in Spain so far

    It was the best holidays in Spain so far due to great location of the villa and great hostility of Jose. He looked after swimming pool to make sure it will be clean of any insects as well as responding fast for small issues with internet access. Huge place to spend family holidays. Very good BBQ made our stay more convenient as we have been makeing meat shopping in the grocery shops 7 minutes distance from villa, having BBQ every evening. Location is 5 minutes from the beautiful sea side with sandy beach that have been raked every day to make sure that sand is always clean. I wish to be able to stay in this villa for another week!!!     Très belle maison, emplacement top pour découvrir la région et profiter de la plage

    Malgré un temps moyen (avril) nous avons passé une superbe semaine. Le propriétaire est accueillant, la maison est plus que propre. La localisation permet de visiter le delta avec ses flamants roses à 20min en voiture, le parc national dels port à 1h, les commerces à proximités permettent de faire ses courses à pied. Le garage permet de mettre sa ou ses voitures(2 tiennent facilement) à l abri et la piscine de se rafraîchir si besoin.Au top.

    Equipada con todo lo necesario y más. Perfecta para 10 personas, con todos los detalles pensados. El trato del propietario también excepcional, nos solucionó rápido el único problema que tuvimos completamente ajeno a la casa, por tormenta se llenó la piscina de insectos y la limpió enseguida. Cerca de una playa perfecta para niños y con muchas actividades para hacer con ellos cerca. En definitiva, un 10 para esta casa.

    Très belle maison

    Nous avons passé 15j dans la maison de José. Superbe maison encore mieux sur place que sur les photos. Très fonctionnelle. A proximité d une belle petite plage peu fréquentée . José disponible quand nous avons besoin de lui. La région quant à elle est très jolie très calme ; ideal pour des vacances reposantes en famille. je recommande vivement.

    séjour parfait

    José a toujours été disponible quand il le fallait. La région est franchement très jolie : en particulier le delta de l'Ebre, les villes et villages à proximité et aussi l'arrière pays avec ses montagnes qui offrent des petites randonnées magnifiques à faire avec les enfants. La maison est parfaite. Etat impeccable. La doc laissée à disposition par José est très utile. La piscine chauffée bien que peu grande est agréable et permet à tous et en particulier aux enfants de bien s'amuser. Les chambres sont quasiment toutes au même étage ce qui est pratique pour les enfants. Seul petit inconvénient : les moustiques... donc bien penser à prendre de quoi se protéger. La maison est quand à elle est pourvue de moustiquaires partout donc pas de problème à l'intérieur si on est prudent. Si vous le pouvez, venez avec les vélos ou louez les car c'est très agréable surtout durant la saison à laquelle nous sommes partis car peu de monde. A noter enfin que les habitants sont très accueillants surtout les commerçants et l'office de tourisme ou les personnes prennent le temps pour vous conseiller. Nous reviendrons...

    Maison originale près de la mer, au calme, avec piscine pouvant être chauffée

    Maison tout en hauteur mais il y a un ascenseur ! Avons beaucoup apprécié la piscne chauffée à 30° ( 100 € pour 8 jours, c'est quand même un peu cher surtout qu'elle était déjà à 27 ° naturellement) même si elle est un peu petite pour nager et qu'on n'y a pas pied:1,7 m de profondeur partout). Avons aussi apprécié la disponibilité de José qui n'hésite pas à se déplacer dès qu'on l'appelle et qui essaie de résoudre les problèmes. Le gros problème est le wifi : s'il fonctionne bien au 3ème étage, dans le reste de la maison, c'est assez pénible car il se déconnecte sans arrêt. Il faut vraiment trouver une solution à ce problème. Maison tout confort, très propre et assez proche du centre ville. 2 supermarchés à 500m. Un restaurant très sympa juste en face. Tarragone n'est qu'à 45 minutes et le delta de l'Ebre est intéressant à visiter. Que demander de plus ?

    Magnifique !

    Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. La maison est en tout point conforme à l'annonce, pas de mauvaise surprise. Elle est très bien équipée et très propre à notre arrivée. Merci à José pour son accueil et ses bons conseils.
