An excellent lounge with a wood fired heater and reverse cycle air conditioning keep this house comfortable and inviting all year round. There is a large flat screen TV and stereo in the lounge area on the main level with Satellite reception and a second larger Flat screen TV and stereo in the new living and entertaining area down stairs. The new room downstairs has a comfy lounge with a wood heater and a kitchenette, plus a large North facing outdoor deck with a large outdoor table overlooking the valley. The Sebel Pinnacle Valley resort is across the road with a Restaurant and Bar, and it is only a 5 minute drive to the Hunt Club Hotel in Merrijig. It is just 4km to the entry gate of Mt Buller and only 20 minutes drive to the car park and Northside chairlift.
