Tastefully decorated, this quiet retreat boasts suites with all the amenities and conveniences of home. These 1 and 2 bedroom suites are spacious, cozy and will keep the family engaged with one another. Mini to full kitchens, depending on room size, will allow for full meals to be prepared so the family can have the energy to explore the region. Enjoy playing tennis, working out at the fitness center or taking a refreshing dip in one of the spectacular swimming pools and hot tubs.

A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases.
There is a mandatory $13.00 daily fee per suite. The fee includes numerous amenities including, premium WiFi for unlimited devices ($50 weekly value), unlimited use of arcades, gas grill and gazebo, DVD rentals, movie theater, popcorn, mini-golf, tennis, and kid's activities (crafts and games).

WOW! What an awesome time we had. So clean and well laid out. Bed was super comfortable. The pool, gameroom and all the other extra amenities were a pleasant surprise! Close to Busch gardens. Easy to get in and out of. Cant wait to come back!

Wonderful place to stay with a kitchen, dining room, and living room. We were happy to have separate bedrooms so everyone had a place to go and we weren't on top of each other. Trip to William & Mary

The trip to Williamsburg was so that we could drop of our daughter to William & Mary. The property was spacious and a great value! I would highly recommend this property for family vacation or a college visit.
