Moonah Beach House offers family friendly accommodation in a quiet location in Barwon Heads. Positioned in easy walking distance to the river and surf beaches, cafe's, restaurants, shops, local market and Barwon Heads Golf Course. Leave your car behind and embrace the coastal living vibe; walk, ride or scoot to all that this beautiful beach town has to offer.

Our beach house is perfect for a family and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. An award winning house with the comfort of a contemporary build and the relaxed style of a classic beach shack.

Our property includes 4 bedrooms, (master with en-suite), a family bathroom, open plan living and lounge area with wood-fire heater for cooler evenings. With its classic white weatherboards, the house nestles sympathetically around an iconic Moonah tree. Inside, fresh white interiors, high ceilings and wooden floors open-up to south, east and west sliding doors, allowing for fresh summer breezes, and beautiful garden views.

There are three distinct outside areas to enjoy;
The east, with morning sun, dappled through the Moonah tree, veggie boxes, (help yourself to seasonal produce and herbs if available) and a deck to enjoy breakfast and coffee. The large lawned and private back garden is ideal for children to kick a ball. The west deck features shade from a beautiful grapevine, funky retro seating, a large outside dining table and BBQ, perfect for summer dining. A beautiful garden oasis for an evening drink at the end of the day.
