About this property
Milk & Honey - Amazing Views!
Milk and Honey is a boutique 2 bedroom contemporary and private retreat nestled into the northern side of Wombat Hill with breathtaking views over the countryside and Mount Franklin in the distance.
Milk and Honey is an easy stroll to the Convent, the Daylesford Sunday farmer's market, the Wombat Hill Botanic gardens and some favourite local restaurants, pubs and cafes. Daylesford's shopping precinct on the main street is less than15 minutes’ walk downhill (perhaps a little longer on the uphill walk back). The surrounding streets are undulating and access to the house is via a long, winding stairway to the elevated site.
The property has been refreshed and refurbished to create a calm and cosy modern interior. Enjoy soaking up the sunshine on the verandah in summer, or the warmth of an open fire place in the winter.
The home is single level, with undercover front and rear verandahs surrounded by lush greenery. There are two quiet and comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with king size beds and direct verandah access. The second bedroom has the flexibility of 2 singles if preferred. Please advise your preferred bedding configuration when booking.
Bedding: Bedroom 2 has a king size bed that can be split into 2 x singles if required. We will contact you when your booking is received to confirm your preferred bedding configuration.
Please note: Access to the property is via a long winding staircase which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
