NOISE RESTRICTIONS:



The property is in a quiet neighbourhood setting with family homes surrounding the property. Noise MUST be kept to a min after 10:00pm and large gatherings outside after 10:00pm is to be kept a minimum as noise easily travels into neighbouring bedrooms. Sorry but NO Parties, NO Events, NO large groups under the age of 25 will be accepted.

Get ready for a retreat you won’t want to leave!

Located in the beautiful seaside town of Ocean Grove, only a 15-20-minute walk away from Boutiques, delicious Cafes, Restaurants and, of course, the Beach, you still may not be tempted enough to leave the comfort of Raven Retreat. With room for the whole extended family, comfortably sleeping fifteen guests over one floor and four bedrooms serviced by four bathrooms.



Starting off with the pièce de résistance, the outdoor entertainment area, the centrepiece being the 10-metre solar and gas-heated pool for year-round use. Accompanied by the Pool House, which includes an infrared sauna, TV and bathroom that entails a toilet, vanity, and shower. The pool house has a bar with stools and bi-fold windows overlooking the pool, where you can enjoy a cool drink in the shade whilst you look over the kids in the pool. The pool house also includes a shaded Cabana with comfortable lounges and four sunbeds. In the yard, you can also find a cubby house for little ones and an outdoor shower that can be used after a trip to the beach (just in case you want to leave the resort!).

But wait, the outdoor entertainment is not over yet; the home also includes an undercover outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink and large in-built BBQ. A bio-ethanol fireplace and outdoor heat strips complete the picture and keep you warm all year round, while a fan helps circulate the summer air. This area also includes a 50-inch TV AND A PIZZA OVEN!

All this is set amongst fully landscaped gardens at the back and front, with high-rendered walls surrounding the rear and front of the property for privacy.



Overlooking the alfresco through servery windows is the well-fit-out kitchen, featuring 2 ovens, a fridge with water and ice dispenser, mirror splashbacks, a drawer dishwasher, ample crockery, cutlery, glasses, and serving platters for entertaining. The immaculate kitchen is a part of the open dining and living room when you first enter Raven Retreat, fit with sleek contemporary furnishings.

If you are looking for a cosier hideaway, venture to the back of the home where you will find the Theatre room. Which includes sizable fold-out couches, a Large TV and a stereo. There are 10 TVs around the house, with Foxtel access to 8 of the 10 TV’s.

Inside, the home is kept comfortable all year round with ducted heating and cooling throughout the entire home.



Raven Retreat has room for the whole extended family, sleeping fifteen guests throughout four bedrooms and spare rooms.

The parents can escape to the master bedroom fitted with a King Bed, walk-in robe, and ensuite.

The Main Bathroom services Bedrooms two and three. The luxurious bathroom features a double vanity, toilet, walk-in shower, and even a TV in front of the freestanding bath, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy a glass of bubbly.

Bedroom two, adjacent to the Master, includes a Queen bed and two Single beds in the form of a trundle. Pop the kids in bedroom three, which includes a trio bunk and a single bunk encompassed in a Hampton Cubby design so they can be king of their own little castle.

On the opposite side of the home sits the Guest bedroom, which hosts a Queen Murphy Bed. If you still need another bed, the Study Couch doubles as a Sofa Bed.

Going from the Guest bedroom, before entering the garage, you find the second bathroom, which includes a vanity, toilet, and shower.



The garage holds many treasures, including a table tennis table, a Mini Gym, a dart board and sporting equipment.



So, pack your bathers, pyjamas, tomato paste and sausages and come on down to Ocean Grove into your own personal oasis for the whole family! Phew, what a Retreat. Raven Retreat...



The Neighbourhood



The property is located on Raven Close in the seaside town of Ocean Grove. Just a 15 minute walk away from the main shops along The Terrace. Where you can find Coles, Boutiques for clothing and surf wear and many a place to eat including two favourites, Blackman’s Brewery & Burger Bar and Ocean View Fish & Chips Shop. Also, a notable mention a 3-minute drive away is The Mex. Ocean Groves’ main Beach is a 20-minute walk away and find the Barwon River, Playground and Main Strip a 7-minute drive away.

Explore what the Bellarine Peninsula has to offer, 15-20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington, St. Leonards, Wineries, Wallington Adventure Park, Golf Clubs, and much more.



Guest Access

A key will be placed in a key safe prior to your arrival for easy self-check-in. You will have access to the whole home.



Getting Around

We highly recommend bringing a vehicle to explore the Bellarine Peninsula and its surroundings. Buses are about a 4-minute walk away along Presidents Ave, where you can catch Route 55 Geelong Station—Ocean Grove via Barwon Heads.

You can also call a Taxi and order an Uber to the area, but they may not be nearby.
