Great holiday house for the family. Very comfortable and within walking distance to corner store. Yard was tidy and mowed and pool clean and used by the kids for hours each day.
We had an awesome time, with a large family it's hard to find good holiday rentals, this house was great as it had so many living areas for us to spread out. Everyone loved the pool, close to the beach and everything else you might need. Will definitely book again. My only suggestion is it would be good to have wifi, we would have happily paid extra for wifi. might need.
The appliances and floors were clean BUT the windows, fly screens, tracks and curtains were absolutely disgusting. The back lawn had not been mowed so we could not play any games on the grass.
Some of the windows upstairs the fly screens were hanging out of their frames, blowing in the wind therefore preventing us from leaving the windows open at night because of insects.
Most of the furniture, (lounges, beds and also the pillows) need replacing.
The whole house needs a bit of TLC but overall it was a great property for our complete family.
This is a copy of the issues I sent the Real Estate- issues associated with this property.
Firsty, no one in our party were smokers and did not use the side veranda however there was and still is an ashtray with cigarette butts in it. We did not clean this
The lawn had not been mown for some time making it impossible to allow anyone to venture into the yard, particularly the children
The bbq had not been cleaned causing a fat fire when we used it
There was dog faeces in the pool fenced area, the pool was not particularly clean (however the pool cleaners did come on Monday)
There was a bag of rotting bait in the courtyard
The fridge in the garage was not able to be used, filthy and disgusting
the light switch in the garage has an electrical fault - male adult felt electrocution charge when turning on, the garage is not sealed and had intensive leaking during the storm
The cups and quite a few of the dishes in the cupboards still had food in them and on them, the dishwasher does not clean the dishes, but the cleaner obviously does not check the crockery and cutlery
The fridge and freezer (particularly freezer) had not been wiped out, still had food stains in them
There was general rubbish under the beds, not been checked, around and under the couches were filthy, not vacuumed for a very long time
The fly screen in the upstairs bedroom with the bunk beds is totally torn, a hazard for children, had to be kept locked at all times
I would like a reimbursement considered
The furnishings and fittings are dated. But the accommodation was clean and had 3 living areas. The lightening needs to be improved and they need to address the hot water issues.
Older roomy place, accommodated 10 adults, clean tidy with fresh linen, good coastal location near golf course. 15 minutes to Bundaberg.
A green pool on arrival, but they fixed pump and clean water same day, swimming next day with BBQs and outdoor eating enjoyed.

A Christmas to forget
How to summarize a dirty house, with moldy furniture, holes in the walls, broken tiles around the pool area and left with basically 1 consumable for items like bath soap, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 washing up sachet, and this was for 6 adults over 5 days. And they bumped up the price as it was a holiday period. And the yard has had zero love or attention. No green grass to be had anywhere. And no support in the issues. Never again with this website. All parties associated with this house need to be very very embarrassed.

Property is in a great location but lacked cleanliness, stove did not work, need to buy light bulbs and a major lack of air conditioning
