"Sea Galleon" is a stunning two-story beach house with views over Ocean Grove, perfect for groups of family and friends looking to enjoy a coastal getaway. The spacious home features four bedrooms with three queen beds and two bunk beds, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests.



The house offers ample space for socializing, including two living areas with Split System Air Conditioning. The downstairs area is equipped with a 5-seater couch, TV, and Wii, while the upstairs area boasts panoramic views. The open plan area includes a modern kitchen with quality appliances, a 6-seater dining table, and a 5-seater lounge with a large TV and surround sound. Additionally, there is a games corner with a variety of board games for the whole family to enjoy.



There are two balconies - one with a large BBQ and the other featuring lounge chairs and a small dining table. The glass doors can be slid open to let in the fresh sea breeze. Additionally, there is a secluded courtyard off the second living area, complete with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach, as well as a dog kennel for your furry friend to have a cozy outdoor space.



The master bedroom, located on the first floor behind the kitchen, includes a queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, a built-in robe, and garden views. The master ensuite is equipped with a toilet, vanity, and a spacious walk-in shower.



The remaining three bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and share a main bathroom with a shower over bath, vanity, and separate powder room. A laundry with a washing machine, trough, and courtyard access is located between the two. With private access to the main bathroom, the second bedroom features a queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a built-in robe. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and built-in robe and the fourth bedroom is furnished with two single bunk beds, ideal for accommodating four children or smaller adults.

An ideal morning at this property involves taking a leisurely stroll on the beach, followed by reading the newspaper on the front deck and basking in the morning sun with a coffee. For those seeking a romantic experience, you can enjoy watching the sunset on the deck while sipping on a beer or wine.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD



The two-storey home is located on an elevated block on Arcturus Road in the seaside town of Ocean Grove. A 10-minute walk to the beach and the much-loved Dawn Café. A 5-minute drive to Ocean Grove Main Shopping Strip, Main Beach and The Dunes Ocean Grove.



Visit other coastal towns just a 10-20 minute drive away, such as Barwon Heads, Queenscliff, Point Lonsdale, St. Leonards and Portarlington. Or head a little further out, 30-minutes, to Geelong or Torquay via the Great Ocean Road.



Enjoy nearby attractions such Adventure park (10 min drive), Bellarine Adventure Mini Golf (8 min drive), Flying Brick Cider Co. (10 min drive) and enjoy all of Bellarine’s Wineries and Distilleries!



Getting Around

We highly recommend bringing a vehicle to explore the Bellarine Peninsula and its surroundings. Although there is a bus stop right in front of the home! Where you can catch Route 55 Geelong Station - Ocean Grove via Barwon Heads.

You can also call a Taxi and order Ubers to the area, but they may not be nearby.
