The villa is just 5 mins from PealBay Water Park/ Go-Kart Centre and 40 min drive from SL Capital...The Airport, Galle and some fine beaches are LESS THAN ONE hour’s drive

You can order all meals and entertain other visiting guest at the villa too.

This villa is ideal for tourists as a base or returning Expat Sri Lankans on Holidays.

This beautiful open plan family home with large ground floor dining, sitting-room and verandah also has a marvelous lake view.

This villa can comfortably sleep up to 15 persons in our 5 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with attached toilets (solar powered hot water).

The tall surrounding walls around the 3 sides of villa gives you complete privacy and seclusion from neighbor’s with only a picket fence separating the villa from the 55-acre Lake Front.

Wake up with no worries at MyHoliday Home Villa, where breakfast is provided free of charge.

Throughout your stay, choose from a variety of delicious a la cart dining options. The villa even has in-house cooking amenities such as BBQ facilities as well.

There are plenty of things for the kids to do, plus lots of lovely spaces for adults to relax and enjoy a cold beer or a glass of wine at the villa. Great relaxing getaway

We had a peaceful holiday at this beautiful villa. Thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment and the views and of course the amazing food. Staff were very nice and the cleanliness was excellent. Wish we stayed longer

Lovely stay with amazing people

Such an amazing tranquil location. But what made it so special was all the people involved in ensuring my stay was filled with incredible experiences. From the start the owner Leon went above and beyond to make sure i got everything i wanted from this trip, and with the help of his brother Leo they arranged all of my trips around Sri Lanka. Kingsley drove me everywhere and he was incredible with his knowledge and such a calm perskn to be around. Then there was Liheru and Jagath who worked at the villa, like two ninjas, kept popping up to check if i needed anything. I cannot thank everyone involved enough. I will definitely stay in touch with my new friends, and stay here again when i return to Sri Lanka. ♥️

Great place love the quietness and the lake view

The only nagative was the power cuts and We were with out AC for 12,"hrs per day and the Sola also run out due to lack of battery capacity. And the batteries were capable of giving only 5hrs stand by with out AC and which meant after 5hrs then you have nothing.youbshould consider adding 8 more batteries to the current 4 90Amp batteries.

Hi I’m Leon, and I started hosting guests from April 2019 after we rebuilt & refurbished this holiday home in August 2018. My family and friends always enjoy the peaceful and calm surrounding admiring the beautiful 55-acre LAKE front view which is a nice getaway that is not far from the busy city as well.

The things we loved to do most are also made available for your use (badminton, table tennis, bicycles, cricket, basketball, board games, cards and of course music). We don’t live on-site but we do have 24-hour staff on site (cook & helper) available to cook, clean and tidy that comes with the privileges of using this villa.

I’m contactable on the villa phone at any time or you could text me for any help or any local information.

We certainly value family & friends time together and if you have the same interest… then I'd be honoured to share “MyHoliday Home at Bandaragama (@MyHSriLanka)” with you!
