Home is fully equipped to make you feel at home with shampoo/conditioner, coffee, washer/dryer and smart TV. All bedrooms include new comfortable foam mattresses. Will fit 8 comfortably with an air mattress for extra guests. Max 10 guests. Home is close to restaurants, shops, Koreatown. Atlanta just a short 20-30 minute drive.

It was a comfortable house and served our purpose well. We were in town for a family funeral. We cooked breakfast each day and couldn’t find a cookie sheet. That was odd for a full kitchen. We would stay here again.

My family and I rented this residence while on spring break. The residence is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. When we first arrived, our front door code did not work as we had a delayed flight and arrived around 9:30pm. We had to contact VRBO headquarters in order to gain access into the residence which took approximately 25 minutes. They knew we were coming, the house was paid in full; it didn't make sense to cancel our electronic door code for check in. Once we checked in we saw that the kitchen door was unlocked. The interior of the residence is old and outdated. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds that are extremely low to the ground and uncomfortable to sleep in. The bathrooms are old moldy and dingy. The towels in the linen closet provided for guests were damp and nowhere near dry. Who would put damp towels in the linen closet? We purchased towels the following morning. Because of the moldy outdated bathrooms, uncomfortable beds and dated interior my family decided to cut our trip short and head back home. The pictures online do not represent the current state of this home which is in desperate need of an extreme makeover.

The house was perfect for our stay in Atlanta. It was a short drive to all of our daily events and is in a great location convenient to restaurants, gas stations, groceries, etc. We had the best time playing pool. Nice amenities and plenty of room for the family. Host was very helpful.

Perfect house for baseball trip

The house was the perfect place for us to relax between games for my son’s baseball tournament. The entire house was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kids enjoyed using the pool table and spreading out in the spacious downstairs. We would definitely book again if we need a place to stay in the Atlanta area.

This house was located perfectly for our needs. My sister and I had 4 kids, everyone had there own private space. The kids were able to be kids. The check-in/out process was very simple and the house smelled amazing when we walked in. I’d recommend this property any day!

Great Stay

We were in town for a basketball tournament and wanted to stay close to the facility. We also wanted something that would allow the kids to have space and not be held up in a hotel all day. This provided both. We really enjoyed ourselves. The neighborhood was quiet and the the home was very cozy. My only complaint if I had one would be that there was only 1 tv in the house. Outside of that everything was great.

Wedding weekend

We enjoyed using the property as a base camp for our son's wedding weekend. We had more than enough room for 6 adults. Everything was clean and the house was spacious. The only downside was that all 4 bedrooms are upstairs but they are very large and comfortable. The master suite was amazing, allowing several of us to get ready together. We used the garage for parking as well as driveway. Four cars fit quite nicely. It was in good proximity to Perimeter church and Autrey Mill where the events occurred. Would recommend for large families.

We stayed here for my son's wedding. We were 5 adults twin 4 yr olds and a 8 month old Enough space for us all to spread out. Beds were comfortable and lots of towels which was great for little ones always getting dirty.
