Tracy's Cottage was designed for the guest who appreciates a beautiful interior, comfortable, light, and delightful.
As you walk onto the front porch you will feel like you have truly found your new special mountain-town home away from home!

Delightful green ivy around the two steps onto the deck, the special door, and the lovely patio furniture for you to share you morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The living room provides the perfect place to gather on the long cushy couch, 2 comfortable chairs, coffee table, side tables, lamps and TV.  The fireplace is not operating. thank you.

This is your time to leave the world behind, truly unwind, and re-connect with your friends or family here.
You'll be happy to have plenty of great lighting for reading, too.

Your Smart TV in living room and 1 in a bedroom  allow you to watch one of your favoirte shows on Netflix and more with your Neflix Roku Code.

You will feel the warmth in the kitchen, again with plenty of light and a great table and chairs to enjoy your meals and morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
The kitchen provides Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Microwave and all you need to prepare your favorite dishes.

The master bedroom on the main floor offers  King bed, bureau and closet.
The Bathroom on the main floor is a walk in shower.
The second guest bedroom,  also located on the first floor, provides Queen bed, bureau and closet.
The first floor bath feels like a spa with a beautiful tiled walk in shower and stunning vanity.

The 3rd bedroom is located on second floor, offers Queen Bed, and its own Spacious Bathroom with double-sink vanity, full tub-shower, toilet and plenty of fresh, new towels and toiletries.

Upstairs also provides extra, unique spaces, a desk for catching up on some computer work perhaps, and in another area offers a quiet space with a card table with chairs for puzzle or game time.

Step outside the house and stroll down to the  corner of 7th ave. you will enjoy a casual Italian Restaurant, Mona Lisa, a favorite of many locals.

You'll discover your favorite new eatery downtown with over 20 to choose from, from fine-dining to casual restaurants to a popluar pub.
Stroll in and out of the wide variety of specialty shops, or perhaps take in a show or an art lesson at the new Arts and Inspiration Center.

This sweet home has a special place in Tracy’s heart.  She and her mom always wanted to purchase the cottage together and enjoy it as a mother / daughter getaway.
A year after her mother passed away, it was FOR SALE and she decided to buy it and renovate it on her own.  She thinks her mom would love the way it turned out, and there are even a few special things of her mom’s in the house.
Now she would like others to be able to enjoy and celebrate special occasions with friends and loved ones at the cottage, as she and her mother had planned to do.

Hendersonville NC cottage.  Lovely clean, clean, clean, and spotless cottage.  Extraordinary attention to detail and décor, plus cozy and comfortable.  Minutes from shopping and an array of good restaurants to accommodate different tastes and wallets.  We stayed here rather than Asheville (30 min. drive) and were very pleased.  I highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Charming, comfortable, and convenient.  This was a great place for a family get-together.  We could visit Mom during the day, enjoy sibling time at night, cook Christmas dinner, rest, and regroup.  It was everything we needed.  Thank you.

Fantastic Stay!  We loved this sweet little cottage.  It was as pretty outside with all of the flowers as it was decorated inside.  Beautiful décor and lovely books.  It was so clean.  This is very important to us, and it checked all the boxes.  Lots of attention to detail.  It was comfortable, cute and within walking distance to town.  The perfect vacation stay.  We will be back.

Ultimate Relaxation.  It’s been a while since I have enjoyed a vacation stay this much.  The house is decorated like an interior designer spent months on it.  The manager, Julie, was attentive and made you feel like no one else mattered.  Would love to stay again!

Charming cottage. Adorable and comfortable 1940’s cottage near downtown Main Street Hendersonville.  Felt like we were stepping back in time.  Beautifully decorated in uplifting French Country style.  Comfortable beds and very clean throughout.  Would definitely like to return.

Adorable and Perfect!  This house is even cuter in person!  Just perfect! House is clean, and the owner did not forget a thing in case you did!  Lots of extra touches to help you feel at home.  An easy walk to shops.  We enjoyed this precious place and will certainly be back.
