A beautiful house ideal for a perfect getaway. A haven of tranquility designed to the most exculsive standards with no rear neighbours which provides total privacy that consists of Tropical foliage. This home features 3 bedrooms with master bedroom featuring ensuite, two large living areas. Well equipped outdoor entertainment area. 65" LCD Tv, 75” LCD Tv, Free Netflix, Free wi-fi. Established estate.


NO USE OF GARAGE. PARKING FOR 2 CARS ON DRIVEWAY

PLEASE NOTE: POOL HEATING DURING WINTER. HEATING NOT NEED IN SUMMER. POOL IS IN 100% SUN ALL DAY BUT IT DOES GET COOLER IN WINTER LIKE ANY OTHER POOL IN CAIRNS AND HEATING TAKES THE CHILL OUT. POOL HEATED BY A HEAT PUMP DURING THE DAY TIME. WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL EFFECT OVERALL TEMPS DURING COOLER NIGHTS.

From the comfort of "Seascape" connect with the palm fringed beach and Palm Cove"s thriving Esplanade with its amazing restaurants. Approximately 15 minute walk to Palm Cove Restaurants and approx 10 minute walk to the beach Or a 2 minute drive. Approximately 10 minute walk to the local shopping complex. There is easy access to a bus stop which is only a 5 minute walk from the property which takes you into Cairns City.

Located just 20 minutes from the Cairns International Airport and 25 minutes from Cairns City. Also 30 minutes north to Port Douglas. The Property is just a short distance from the main strip of restaurants and patrolled waters of Palm Cove, this residence represents a priviledged lifestyle.

Alternatively, hire cars are readily available and you can make up your own itinerary.

You can choose to spend your day exploring the Great Barrier Reef, the Daintree Rainforest, the temperate Atherton Tablelands, Kuranda, or the Cape Tribulation Wilderness.

We loved our stay at SEASCAPE, Fiona and the Seascape team allowed us it to check in promptly and efficiently. The house was amazing the pool was heated during our stay and swimming in the rain was a highlight ! We enjoyed utilising the outdoor area & BBQ.The property is located well with Coles a short drive away and not far from Port Douglas, Karandra & the other attractions. This is a lovely property, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of room and very comfortable. The heated pool is a bonus! A good central base for any expeditions in FNQ. Wonderful home in Palm Cove!

Our family of four traveled to Australia for two weeks and enjoyed 5 nights in Palm Cove. It was the perfect end to our trip! Just a short drive north of Cairns, Palm Cove is a quaint retreat with beautiful landscapes and inviting shops, restaurants, and beach tranquility. Seascape was the perfect home for our family. Fiona was wonderful and was easy to communicate with and made us feel comfortable. We loved the pool and outdoor grill. We chose to eat most meals in and found the kitchen to be well stocked. We would definitely recommend staying at the Seascape.

Beautiful Villa - perfect location

Absolutely stunning villa in a quiet cup de sac just off the main highway.We stayed a week - Lovely pool area and the villa was huge with everything you could possibly need for stay. The host - Fiona - went over and above to make our stay perfect - accommodating our every need - kept in touch the whole time to ensure we had everything we needed - amazing!! We wished we could stay longer and should we ever be so lucky to return - we will definitely be staying here again xx Don’t be put off by the recent weather- it is perfectly fine!!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our stay. It was clean and modern with a lovely light and open floor plan. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There were fans and air conditioners to keep the house cool. The bedrooms were lovely and beds very comfortable. There was a lack of power points however the host put in quite a few power boards, which helped. There were two lovely big TVs, lots of couches and seating inside and out. The pool was beautiful and warm and the deck area was lovely with a great BBQ. We were a family group and the four bedrooms were great accommodating all of us. The host was also very responsive when we had any queries. You do need a car to get to Palm Cove as it was about a 20-30 minute walk. You could hear the traffic on the main road but it wasn’t loud. It was a perfect place for our holiday.

The right fit

We spent four nights in this lovely home and we would return any time. It was exactly as portrayed in a great location very handy to the arterial road up and down the coast, but also a two min drive from the centre of Palm Cove. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need, including hair dryer, iron, coffee/tea. You will need shampoo but there is body wash provided. It was immaculately clean and everything was in good order. The pool is a great addition and is slightly heated. Plenty of space for the two couples to spread out and great privacy in the backyard. Thank you Fiona and Ivan for allowing us to stay in your home. We will try to get back soon.

Perfect Stayz!

This property was the perfect setup for our family. Taking 3 generations of our family away, the property offered everything we needed for the whole family with plenty of space and great facilities. Ivan and Fiona are fantastic hosts and are great communicators!
