It is centrally located 20 minute to Downtown Denver as well as 20 minutes to many of the trails and parks located along the Foothills. The West (W) Line Light Rail station, connecting much of Denver to Golden, is less than 10 blocks away located at Wadsworth Blvd and 14th Ave.

There are several charming Historic Town Centers, with ambient restaurants, shops and bars all within a 10-20 minute drive, which include: Golden, Belmar, Edgewater, Old Town Arvada, Tennyson St., The Highland's, Denver's Lo-Hi, Santa Fe Art District, The RINO Art District, The Heart of Broadway and Denver's Larimer Square.
The world renowned Red Rocks amphitheater is also less than 20 mins away and is a "Must See" destination while in the area. Whether you come for a magical music experience or to explore the geological playground and hiking trails, a visit to this iconic park with not disappoint.
The distinctive University town of Boulder, has much to offer in all areas of mountain / cultural interests and is a relaxing, scenic 50 minute drive, along the Foothills, via Hwy 93.
