This is our second stay at the Carriage house, and it has been excellent each time. It’s a very clean and cozy space with a beautiful kitchen. We will be back on our next visit to Denver!

The place is very clean, the host is pleasant. Kitchen is well equipped with quality kitchen wares. Laundry is great.. Love the live plants inside the place.We would stay in this place again if we ever be back in Denver! Enjoyed our stay very much. Colorado is a very nice place to visit. Been to 45 States and Colorado is one of my favorite!

The loft carriage house was a perfect home base for our weekend trip to Denver! The home was clean and welcoming on arrival with clear instructions on household appliances and needs. Angie also left ideas for sites to see and local places restaurants and coffee shops. The neighborhood was inviting and walkable! I found a great local coffee shop with just a 15 minute walk. I would definitely stay here for any return visit to Denver

My son and I stayed here for 5 nights. It was clean and very well comfortable. The kitchen had anything we needed, dishes, glasses, pots and pans. It was also in a great location...near coffee shops, playground, park, and easy walking distance to everything. The neighborhood is very walkable. I would recommend staying here.

We loved the carriage house. It is cozy and adorable as well as clean and well equipped - including a washer and dryer. The location is convenient to just about anything you might want to do in the Denver area. The host was readily available for questions and suggestions. Be aware that there is an outdoor staircase to reach the carriage house over the garage. Thank you for sharing your lovely VRBO :-)

The cottage house was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and provided all of the amenities needed for a weekend away. Angie was great to deal with and she was quick to answer any questions. It was perfect for our short stay in Denver. We used the laundry, and love Nellies washing soda. Should the small compost bin under the sink have some compostable liner bags? We use them at home. Allin all a very pleasant stay!
