Beautiful private safe corporate suite 1 bed, 1 bath apartment with at your door parking. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and a very quiet and clean washer dryer in unit. 5 foot shower with seat, hardwood flooring, granite countertops, built in dishwasher and microwave, ice maker, glass top stove, lots of closet space, ceiling fans. There is lots of jogging and walking areas and a beautiful lake and picnic area with manicured landscaping nearby. We do accept most pets however please message Host with the Breed, weight, age and how many pets for the pet fee and or the pet deposit amount and you are always required to pick up after them. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside.

Cozy, Quiet, & Convenient

I stayed here from mid-December through March 1st while working construction at the Blue Oval battery plant. The apartment was very clean, safe, and in a quiet location which was close to my work as well as central to shopping, restaurants, and businesses in the area. The apartment included everything I needed including a full kitchen and washer & dryer. My communications with Richard (the landlord) were all very positive and he remained attentive to my needs whenever I messaged him. I would definately stay here again and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for somewhere nice to stay in the area.

Great location and safe

Great location. Close to all shopping, food, and downtown. Located In a very nice neighborhood, so felt safe to take walks. Only issue was the dining table, however we didn't complain until leaving because of the COVID situation. The Wifi info was reversed on the email so panicked for a minute, Richard helped, found out it was posted on the frig.
