This 5 BR all brick on outside, all wood cabin on inside is the perfect cabin feel with the brick safe feel. Relax, this is our home and we are sharing it with your family! Welcome to the BLUFF!

Do you love Caverns? Views? Spelunking? Riding, Biking or Hiking the Trails? Need to stay over for Sewanee's international University visit? Bring your RV! Plenty of parking for 20 cars! Did I say 5 acres all wooded and all mostly flat? This home is a dream on the outside and inside.

Bedroom 1 is your Master on the Main - XXL King Bed w a VIEW! This BR also features a master bath w walk-in shower w endless hot water!!! Two shower heads and plenty of space. His and her sinks for getting ready & a door to your incredible view on the private back deck!

Bedroom 2 & 3 are upstairs with QUEEN beds w views from the window. They are high end mattress’ that won’t let you down on a good night sleep on top of the world.

Bedroom 4 & 5 are upstairs both with twin bunk beds for friends or kids! These are full size beds!!! Not twins! So you can sleep more per bed if needed! These bedrooms are named Porcipine and Owl!

This home is all brick french country home, gorgeous views, play areas for kids (inside and out), bunk beds, king beds queen & full kitchen! It has 3 living rooms and an incredible deck!

This home is a top quality home for the area. It's not of average quality inside and out - its high-end throughout.

About the kitchen: From kitchen aid mixers, to an oven that shows the exact temperature as it climbs to destination w a toaster convection feature, we carry pamper chef and la Creusent cookware for great cooking experience. We wanted to make all guests happy so we have a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig all in one! The dishwasher even opens up slightly when complete so the dishes dry appropriately. The kitchen island is to die for- you can buffet style the food and the dining room table sits 10 whiffle there are several additional chairs to sit 11 & 12 or you can sit 10 comfortably outside just 30 feet away at an oversized table under covered deck.

3 living rooms! 3x 70 inch TV’s, play rooms, living rooms w one upstairs w a super surround sound system made by Harmon Kardon. There is DVD players attached to all but the best part is the 20+ foot couch upstairs that you will think is heaven... many guests end up sleeping on this couch bc it’s amazing!!! But I haven’t even mentioned the game systems for the kids!! And the legit play cabin for the smaller kids! Wow! 3-4 game systems like rea arcade style but you don’t need quarters to play!!!

For guests needing to get work complete, we have 3 small desks and did I mention one gig Internet, the fastest in the United States?! So make sure you hook up your devices to the Wi-Fi and experience the fastest Internet in the United States.

Regarding outdoor living for all the family: Plenty of space, private garage & more. Don’t forget to take the garage door opener w you if you leave And definitely don’t forget to return it! Also you can use our Weber Weber charcoal grill and we keep plenty of lighter fluid on site just can’t guarantee the amount of charcoal available but alas the grocery store called Piggly Wiggly is just 4 miles away giving you the comfort of knowing that food and extra items are nearby. All new appliances and wood floors downstairs. Carpet upstairs and game room also!

Ps. We supply fresh linens for wonderful sleep and you can wash them during your stay if you’d like bc we have washer and dryer Right off the master bedroom with plenty of laundry detergent and bleach (for whites only). We also supply towels and rags and shampoo and conditioner but for longer stays, please bring more for 4 day plus visits as we supply this just to make it a bit easier.

Don’t forget to walk Perimeter Trail at Sewanee University for amazing views and cool caves and Mountain Goat Trail for al your running biking and hiking experiences!
