Wonderful and will stay there again

Location and views were great, but the bed was horribly uncomfortable and hard. If you enjoy sleeping on your vacation, find another place to stay because this isn’t it. My wife literally had bruises on her side because of the bed. I wish I could get a refund.

fantastic location

fantastic location- can easily walk to restaurants, grocery store, food park, abc store, fish market, snorkel rental etc. note - there is no a/c, but that worked out fine when you get the airflow and have fans going. very comfortable even for us Houston folks. accommodations were perfect for us, nice pool, great view, grills in perfect condition. We loved it and would highly recommend this place.

Great stay

Paki Maui, and especially the ocean front unit we stayed in, exceeded our expectations. The unit is clean & tidy as well as the property well kept alongaide the beautiful view with opportunity to lounge out on the grass at the beach. Communication with thw host was swift and easy. We will be back!

Low key and casual stay with lots to do. We didn't even need to rent a car! 102 was clean and cozy with a nice little kitchen! We will go return god willing. ALoha

Incredible View

Feet from the beach. Two reefs about 50 yards apart cause a fantastic wave to break right out in front of the patio. Room was perfect size for a couple. Everything as advertised.

Enjoyed our stay

Pictures don't do justice for how pretty the view from the patio is. We saw multiple sea turtles every day swimming close to the place. The host Brie is very prompt with communication and made sure our stay was as comfortable. Would 100% stay here again on our next visit to Maui.

The unit had a direct view of the ocean and Molokai’i island. Perfect view of sunset. The location is close ka’anapali resorts, The Whaler’s, and the Plantation Estates. The exterior of the unit is fairly clean. It is dated. The interior of the unit is also dated. The shower door needs to be repaired. Very roomy living area for 2 people. We loved our stay at this VRBO. Bree was quick to respond and check in was seamless. The room was clean and suited our needs. The view from the lanai is STUNNING. It is an older building but the view more than makes up for that. The pool & hot tub were very nice and clean and are located right on the ocean which is a plus. Plenty of parking available and within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants. We really hope to return and would stay here again. The only thing I was disappointed in is that there is a temporary fence up along the seawall that was unsightly and slightly obstructed the view (see photo), however I was able to get past it in the end!

First trip to Maui

The amenities were great. The view was amazing! Condo was well furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. It had great space. Landscaping was beautiful and welcoming. We enjoyed the water toys and saw plenty of wildlife from the lanai. Overall, very comfortable and made our first stay in Maui that much more memorable.

Perfect location!!

We were so pleased with this property we are already planning our vacation next year hoping to book the same unit. This is the perfect location... so much within walking distance to include taco shops, coffee shops, and a farmers market. Downtown Lahaina is not far but I have to say... the beachfront was the best.

Lovely condo, lovely area

The check in was just a little bumpy due to Sunday check in. Bree was quickly available via phone and gave instructions and directions to the unit. It was just as pictured—very clean and well appointed. Lots of kitchen equipment. On site laundry available was a plus. The beach is really nice. We watched turtles there daily!

Location and view are amazing! The condo is a bit run down. Shower door broken, patio furniture as well. Bathroom sink did not drain . Couch very uncomfortable. The decor was ok.Communication with the management was terrible. Would not book this unit again.

We always appreciate guests feedback, good or bad. I don't quite agree with everything that was mentioned in the review but understand that everyone has a different opinion. The shower door did open but was difficult due to a missing screw, which as been addressed. I found that the bathroom sink drained, but slowly. We did go ahead and replaced the plumbing. The couch is brand new and was only in the unit for 2 weeks prior to this guests' arrival. I find it an improvement. We removed the one wobbly chair on the lanai. I also checked in on the guest during their stay, so to say that communication was terrible I think is accurate. We always encourage our guests to report issues as it's the only way we can remedy the problems. Thanks for the feedback.

ocean front condo/fantastic view

Needs furniture update. Lumpy uncomfortable couch, rusted rickety patio chair was wobbly. Only 1 lamp in living room and it didn't work consistently. Had to unplug it to get it to turn off, then couldn't get it to turn on once we plugged it in. Living room TV did not work consistently, No instructions on how to operate TV. Would not stay there again unless these issues were addressed. Best piece of furniture was king bed.

Fantastic view, property a little long in the tooth

Lot's of positives but the property is a little older and a bit more worn than the pictures might indicate. View/location is spectacular. We saw a turtle or two nibbling plants on the rocks, surfers in the distance, whales in the distance as well. Condo looks out over a channel between Maui and other islands and the water was relatively calm throughout. Listening to the ocean at night and in the morning, having breakfast or coffee looking out across the water, very nice. We were able to venture out to all the highlights easily. Bed was comfortable but is high off the ground. Would be a challenge for some, possibly. Bedroom is tight (not an issue for us) and sits on the outside hallway. You likely want the jealousy windows open to cool and it can be a little odd with any traffic outside. That said, the complex wasn't noisy and we appreciated the quantity of fans available. Hair in shower drain, bathroom and kitchen spouts are very loose. High-use condos, especially those on the ocean can be hard to keep from being worn. Not a ton of space but you're paying a reasonable price and if you're largely using it as a base of operations, the view, location and utility of the space are fine. Condo complex and condo itself were largely "adequate", I'd say. Not a big deal for us as we largely used it as a base of operations. Kitchen had everything needed and then some. Location, check-in/out process very good. The view from the balcony really, really peaceful.
