Flawless
Lovely, clean little cottage in a picture perfect site. Our dog was able to join us, and all three of us had a relaxing time.
Sandra was a lovely host. She provided beautiful cosy & comfortable accommodation plus there was warm homemade bread, pod coffee, fresh croissants, a fruit platter, chocolates, yoghurt, large range of tea & two jams, 3 cereals, light and full cream milk. Just superb! We were very happy that we were able to take our little chihuahua too, he had a large fully fenced yard which was perfect. We had such a lovely weekend, thankyou Sandra !
"Honeyeater Cottage" is an amazing & beautiful farm/country stay, that is still close to suburbia.
Dogs are welcome inside, & are allowed ON furniture & bed, as long as you supply a blanket to go over them. A very rare luxury for fur-parents.
Every need catered for, with a variety of milks, juices, breads, jams, butter, coffees, teas, cereals & fruit salad upon arrival, plus many other delicious treats. Luxury linen, towels & toiletries, extremely comfortable furniture, beautiful gardens, friendly & sweet ponies & other 'rescued' farm animals. Host Sandra is friendly, warm, welcoming & so accommodating. An amazing, extremely comfortable & memorable stay. Highly recommended.
We appreciated fully closed large yard, made friends with the ponies (our dog was fascinated by them), loved the scenic walk uphill from the cottage, Warburton rail trail nearby and all the food that Sandra has kindly provided. We had a very relaxing holiday, explored the 3 little towns around, hoping to be back!
The Honeyeater Cottage is truly lovely. The host Sandra is so welcoming and helpful but not intrusive at all. The cottage itself is small but had everything we needed. It is fabulously located within about 20 minutes to everywhere, including the best ever off-leash park at Pepi's Land in Emerald near the Emerald Lake Recreation facility. When we return we will definitely come back to Honeyeater Cottage.
Beautiful bnb great place for both of us and our dogs
Everything was wonderful. We had everything we needed and more. The host provided some home made juices and muffins and well as some snacks. The Seville shops are only about 10 minutes drive away. There was a large, secure yard for our dogs. Very clean and well kept property. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with.
Arrived after work on Friday afternoon, everything as described and ready to go. Lovey little cottage, and the secure enclosed garden/yard is perfect.
Sandra the host was absolutely lovely, dropping off home made goodies and making sure we enjoyed our stay.
Absolutely recommend if you’re looking to take your pets or just yourselves.
My husband and I spent the weekend here with our 2 dogs. As soon as we checked in, we felt very welcome. The cottage was stocked with fresh bread, butter, milk, fruits and so much more. There were even freshly baked muffins left for us. All the amenities were superb and made for a very comfortable stay. The dogs loved playing in the fenced garden and we loved seeing the miniature horses and goats roaming in the paddocks. Sandra was a lovely lady and we loved chatting with her.
Honeyeater cottage was our ideal home-away-from-home for our stay in the Yarra Valley. The cottage itself is really well laid out and nicely presented with everything you might need, including a continental breakfast featuring local produce. The setting and grounds are simply beautiful, with views over pastureland and the east side of the Dandenongs and a fully fenced garden around the cottage. Sandra is a charming and helpful host, and we felt well looked-after. Hilights of our stay include our morning walk up Old Beenak Rd (featuring amazing views, including a mob of kangaroos grazing in a nearby pasture) and the ponies in the enclosure next to the garden. Highly recommended.
Honeyeater cottage is beautiful and unique. It was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed with lots of lovely touches and unique designs. The breakfast was amazing. Enjoyed the freshly baked bread an muffins. Sandra is a great host, very helpful and the location was great.
Such a cute cosy little cottage to get away for a few days. Sandra is a very friendly host who made sure we had everything we needed including freshly baked muffins and bread which were delicious. We enjoyed wine and cheese platters in the afternoon on the deck while the 2 fluffies wandered in the garden and then cosy inside by the fire at night. We all had a lovely stay, thanks Sandra.
We had an amazing stay at Honeyeater Cottage. So much more than we could of hoped for. Our hosts were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sandra and Richard!
This is a little spot of heaven. Fresh mornings and the animals so gorgeous. The property is well situated between Yarra Valley and the Dandenong. You are surrounded by fresh produce, wineries, flower farms and great walking tracks. Ohh and this little place welcomes your pets. Sandra is an excellent host and I wanted for.nothing. Sandra knows the area well and had great recommendations! Enjoy coming back soon !
