Newly renovated spacious and comfortable 2 storey house is set amongst the beautiful surroundings of the Ventnor seaside area. Ideal for a getaway escape anytime of the year!

The Bluehouse is only a short 2 minute walk to the Ventnor beach via the adjacent beach walkway to the property.

The Penguins, GP Circuit are a short few minutes drive away.
If you wish to go shopping or eat at one of the many cafés in town, Cowes is only a 5-10 minute drive by car. For supermarket and retail shopping, the major stores are located in the main street of Cowes for your convenience.

The house comprises of upstairs and downstairs separate living and sleeping areas with a self contained kitchen on each level.
The property has a full kitchen upstairs with a spacious main living room looking out over the sun deck area. There are partial water views through the trees from the full house width balcony. The barbecue entertaining area with a comfortable outdoor setting on the balcony deck invites you to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The upstairs level also has 3 good sized bedrooms with a main bathroom positioned also as an ensuite to the main bedroom.

It is an ideal house for 2 families wanting to share a well appointed and comfortable double storey home with plenty of room.

Upstairs contains 3 bedrooms : 1 room x queen with ensuite bathroom
1 room x queen and 1 room x double - all with built in wardrobes

Downstairs - Kitchen and lounge area, separate bathroom, separate laundry.
2 bedrooms : 1 room with 2 x king singles
1 room with queen sized bed
All 5 bedrooms have built in wardrobes.

Please note - Linen can be supplied for special events on arrangement prior to confirmation. Check with owner at time of booking.
Note - there is a minor surcharge for linen to cover dry cleaning costs

Linen is not supplied for all other bookings.

Please supply your own bottom and top sheets, pillow cases and towels.

A Playstation 2 is provided in the bottom lounge room. Please bring your own games if you would like to use this feature during your stay.
Bicycles are at the house with helmets if you would like to have a scenic ride around the local streets. Golf clubs are also available at the house also if you plan to have a round of golf at The Phillip Island Golf Course.
