This modern villa has timber look flooring with open plan living, spacious kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances including oven,hotplate, fridge,dishwasher, microwave that would delight any budding chef.

A beautiful designed dining room table 6 leather chairs that flows through to the lounge with a stunning, comfortable leather lounge suite, complete with large flat screen TV and DVD Player.

Step out onto the deck to experience the 'bush setting' whilst only being a short drive from the heart of Dunsborough.

Leading off the dining room are three 3 spacious bedrooms, the Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, built in mirrored wardrobes, wall mounted TV with a large ensuite.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, large wardrobes and a wall mounted TV, the third bedroom has two single beds. The main bathroom has modern fixtures and incorporates a washing machine, dryer and sink.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

This tranquil & modern design villa is in a great location, bordering a Bush reserve & is an easy walk through treed pathways to the heart of Dunsborough.

Please load & run the dishwasher, and empty prior to departure, please ensure the dishes are clean before putting away. Hand washed dishes are to be dried and put away, not left on the sink.
Linen – sheets, pillow slips & duvet covers are to be left on the beds for collection, please leave towels in bathrooms or laundry not on bedding or carpet.
As there is no roadside rubbish bin collection, the inspector will empty the green sulo bins, therefore please ensure all rubbish is bagged up when placed in the green sulo bin on your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Lovely homely feeling. Quite clean and relatively toddler proof. Good facilities although wifi wasnt working so we had to hot spot our phones but thats fine we didnt mind. Beds were comfortable. Our only suggestion is that there could be a better well lit entry to the driveway of the whole premises as a bit hard to clearly pinpoint on arrival at night from main road.

Nice stay, modern and clean, great location. Had everything we needed except for wifi (which would have been fine if we had known in advance there was no wifi). Info sent in regards to the property is sometimes generic so correspondence had said wifi passwords etc would be available on arrival. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great place to stay

My family and I had a great stay amongst the bushland close to town and just a 10-15 minute drive to our favourite beach at Eagle Bay. The ceiling fans in all the bedrooms made it extra comfortable on summer nights. Highly recommend. Only one suggestion from the teen to please install wifi (although a digital detox is always useful!)

We were extremely disappointed to find that despite all communication referring to wifi, and being informed that we would be provided with the password on the day of our arrival, the accomodation did not have internet which was essential for our stay. This was extremely misleading and had we known we would not have internet we would not have made the reservation. The accommodation itself was adequate.
