Located minutes from the famous Boca Hotel, Mizner Park, Royal palm plaza and FAU, you'll have easy access to a variety of restaurants,golf,water sports,bike rentals,and beach services. The beach is directly across the street, beautiful tropical walking pathway along side beach is delightful, enjoy a 2mile walk/run that is shaded and magical! Need more rooms inquire with host!

This little efficiency is just steps from the beach in a very nice neighborhood. Denise was the perfect host— very accommodating when I asked for something. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

I contacted the host several times about several things but it took a long time for her to get back with me. For instance, the directions to the place were incorrect and hard to understand. I asked for help and she didn’t return my request for several hours. She did not provide a phone number for contacting her. We drive around the neighborhood for an hour or so and finally recognized the wood gate in the pictures. It was in a dark alley and no where near the directions from the listing. In addition, she did not provide enough toilet paper and we were exposed to some kind of odor that smelled like marijuana. We contacted her through VRBO and she said she would take care of the problem and did for a few hours but the smell was back each day we were there. The neighbor next door kept his bathroom window open to our walkway and we had to endure the sights from his bathroom every time we went outside. There were no spoons or forks in the small single cabinet above the small small refrigerator. There were no kitchen appliances at all. Also, the lawn chairs outside contained spiders and lizards. This place was a real dump and we will never ever return and be exposed to such air hazards and poor poor living conditions.

great studio rental

The rental process was so easy. Host kept in contact all through the process. Place was really nice. I loved the private outdoor patio that was just for me. It came with comfy chairs, a table and a sunsetter awning to keep out of the sun and rain. The unit came with beach chairs, beach umbrella and towels. I had my own off street parking spot. I could walk easily to the beach. This is the perfect little get away spot. Will stay again on my next florida visit :)

The place was clean and had everything you could need. It was just a stones throw away from a beautiful beach. The owners are so friendly and always checked with me to see if I ever needed anything. I highly recommend this place. I can’t say enough.
