Set in the quiet streets of West Hobart, this 1915 double story brick town house, an endearing, homely and contemporary space.

greydoor43 has just been lovingly made over to give a modern fresh warm finish whilst still keeping with the classic feel of the town house and its original character.

The townhouse showcases some local Tasmanian artwork. (available for purchase)

Two double upstairs bedrooms, both with queen cosmo plush pillow top mattress, digital electric blankets, luxury bedding and linen, panel heating in each bedroom, and both offering large. built in wardrobes. Port-a-cot available on request at no charge.

Beautiful Tasmanian oak staircase and polished floorboards downstairs. Separate dining room with black wood dining table to seat 6

Spacious lounge room with luxurious leather lounges, reverse cycle air-conditioning, large flat screen television, blu-ray player and iPod dock.

Set on the cusp of North Hobart with its vibrancy of nearby shops, restaurants and cafe culture, greydoor43 is within easy walking distance to Elizabeth Street and all the amenities it has to offer including the highly acclaimed State Cinema as well as several art galleries, book shops, florist, home ware and boutique clothing shops.

Less than a five minute drive to the heart of Hobart shopping mall and Salamanca or an easy 20 minute stroll, with public transport also very close and easily accessible.

Both the Hill Street grocer and Hill Street Gourmet Meats (located a 3 minute walk away) are local institutions and are the best places in Hobart for all your gourmet meat and deli items and fresh fruit and vegetables.

greydoor43 also borders John Doggett park with children's play ground, bbq facilities and plenty of room for the children to run around !!

The renowned Mona Musuem of Old and New Art is located approximately 15 minutes drive away on the shores of the picturesque Derwent River.

Light filled and lovely.
Bright, airy home with comfortable beds, quality rain shower and well appointed kitchen. Fabulous location for easy access to Elizabeth St eateries, HillTop Grocer and a pleasant walk into the CBD. Quiet street with easy parking. Couldn't be happier!

A home away from home.
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful town house. Its warm, friendly and feels like youve been there many times before. The unit is self contained and so accommodating to a small family. The place is in a wonderful location with easy access to shops, restaurants and close to gorgeous scenery. We loved this holiday so much and hope to stay there again. Thank you so much.
