• There is a queen size pull-out sofa in the den area that can sleep an additional 2 guests.
The home is on a quiet road that leads to PCH at the bottom of the hill. Across the street is Malibu's Carbon Beach (also known as Billionaire's Beach), a sought-after area. There are plenty of restaurants and shops along the coastline, and beach access is only steps away. Malibu's most popular destinations, including Nobu, Soho House, The Malibu Pier, and Surfrider Beach, can be seen from a bird's-eye view.

IMPORTANT: Stay Awhile Villas is a professional property manager and uses a professional PMS system. Our integration between our PMS and VRBO limits our ability for us to charge a credit card processing, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the VRBO platform. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. Guests have access to the entire home and garage.

The home is located on the hillside opposite Carbon Beach (also known as Billionaire's Beach). The home is located on a private road and the home itself is gated. There are plenty of shops and restaurants down on PCH at the bottom of the hill.

You can use Uber or you can ask us about our car rental program through Drive Awhile.
