Secluded ocean view Malibu property; pristine 3-acre gated estate. Sleeps 12. Beautiful gardens, sprawling lawns with stunning Pacific views. Tranquil starry nights, perfect for evening smores. Pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, fire pit with a lovely, large seating area. High-speed mesh WiFi, cable, Apple TV. Located 1/4 mile above Zuma Beach. Great indoor-outdoor living areas. The main house has 5 bedrooms, 4-1/2 baths, including a master suite with exceptional ocean views, a spa tub and a private deck. The house includes a living room; a spacious TV/game room with flat screen TV; a formal dining room that seats 10; a large, recently renovated eat-in kitchen that accommodates 6; Sub-Zero and other appliances; and a lovely patio for al fresco drinks and dining above the pool and fire pit. AV systems just upgraded with new monitors, Apple TV and other improvements. Separate guest quarters feature a queen bed, bath, pool table, flat screen TV and shared laundry facilities.

IMPORTANT: Stay Awhile Villas is a professional property manager and uses a professional PMS system. Our integration between our PMS and VRBO limits our ability for us to charge a credit card processing, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the VRBO platform. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will onlly be charged the VRBO fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Someone from our team will reach out to you.

Amazing stay!

I threw my sisters bachelorette party with 10 other girls and this was the absolute perfect house to host. The house is even better in person. We were absolutely blown away at how beautiful it was. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone looking to host a Malibu getaway.

Great Experience at This Amazing Property!!!

Took my team on a retreat of sorts. Dinners, drinks, recreation, team building exercises, etc. We were concerned about the hurricane reports, but luckily it was a dud, and we had exceptional weather for the entire trip! A few very minor issues (trash in kitchen hadn’t been taken out prior to our arrival, and landscaping could have used some freshening up after the inclement weather from Sunday which caused some high wind conditions….but like I said these did not affect our experience on the property, or with property management. Their team was wonderful. Great communication throughout, and Jackie who met us at the property was great to deal with, and very helpful addressing concerns. I will definitely be back at this property, or one of their other properties. Thank you again! Best, Eddie

Great with a few nits

Pool and bocce ball were amazing for family fun. Host was full service and responsive (thank you!). Beds and towels were soft and clean. Multiple service people maintained property eg pool guy, yard crew. Most of the house was updated with on-trend design. A few places felt old — several tiles broken/missing from one bathroom, old sub zero freezer very loud, couple broken things near pool. Overall very fun for an extended or large family.

Wonderful Property

Our family stayed at this beautiful property during July. The house, location, layout, cleanliness and view couldn't have been any better. Everyone who stayed with us totally enjoyed the accommodations, the amenities and the children especially enjoyed the pool. The property manager was responsive and pleasant to deal with. Great property!

This property is truly amazing. The yard was a paradise for our kids. Management company was very nice and responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely go back!
