The adjacent river and the proximity to the backcountry richness of La Plata Canyon are unparalleled for their recreational diversity and extraordinary vistas. Fishing, hiking, backcountry skiing, four-wheeling and too many other outdoor pursuits to name are right out the back door of this exceptional property.
The West is all about open spaces meeting spectacular mountain vistas. This Colorado cabin gives you both the room to roam and breathe in the fresh mountain air, and a proximity to area amenities that offers almost unbelievable convenience given the home’s amazing rural setting. Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
