We had a wonderful stay at Marina's apartment. The location, equipment and cleanliness were all great. The Host was wonderful, very responsive and quick to help with anything that we needed. The location was amazing, it was right in the middle of everything yet quiet at night with no issues with any noise.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this if you are needing a great place in Cannes.

Best apartment in Cannes!!! A total gem!

Tastefully furnished and well-kept apartment in the finishes, very nice! Great location: it is close to shops, restaurants, the croisette and the Palais de Festival is just steps away. Beautiful windows. One of the cleanest and most organized places I have ever stayed at. The cleanliness of the apartment is impeccable, towels and shower kits were an extra gem, as well as coffee and other small gestures made us feel welcomed with extreme care by Marina, who is an exceptional host! We will definitely be back! We wholeheartedly recommend it!!

Beautiful 5-star hotel quality apartment in the heart of Cannes

The apartment is PERFECT! Localization is PERFECT! A gorgeous modern, clean, light & airy apartment, perfect for a getaway in Cannes. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Great cozy accommodation, very well equipped and furnished. Very clean, ideally located, just a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants. The host was so nice and attentive, we were happy to meet someone who really takes care of the property and the guests. A hotel like experience and even better. The apartment is amazing, it really feels like a home. Highly Recommended! 5 stars for absolutely everything. Thank you so much!

Just perfect !

Everything is just as described. The apartment is very peaceful, safe and yet close to everything you might need: a local market, supermarkets, a pharmacist... and the seashore is within walking distance. We really enjoyed the comfort of the apartment. Maybe just one thing that could be added: a bigger pan to heat water to make some fresh pasta for 3 (the local pasta shop is just down the street!). That being said Alexa and her team are not intrusive yet highly reliable and ready to help with anything. A true golden holiday! Thank you Alexa for everything.

The heart of Cannes with charm

Location, Location, Location

The apartment is in the very center of Cannes, superbly renovated, ideal for the visitor whether on business or pleasure. We were welcomed delighted to see how well appointed, immaculate and comfortable the apartment was. The small touches in design were wonderful to discover. The location was excellent - buzzy by day, quiet by night - not least for its proximity to the central bus and train station, the beach, the market and the surrounding area is full of restaurants and shops to everyone's taste. We would highly recommend staying here and have every intention of returning to stay again next year.

Best experience in Cannes

Flat is fantastic - very clean, stylish, comfortable, situated just 5 minute walk from the beach and all shops, still located on peaceful and quiet street - no noise around. There are many nice restaurants just minute walk, also organic food shop on one handside and on the other handside local farm market about 3 min walking distance. I also would like to mention the host is very personable, kind, polite and really helpful. She managed to answer all my quiestions and gave me really useful tips and guidances about Cannes and places I wanted to visit. I could not wish for better experience and will definetely come back. Highly recommend this place for anyone's stay!

Cet appartement est parfait pour des vacances au soleil a Cannes! Il est équipé de tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin pour se sentir chez soi et surtout bien situé pour se balader en plein centre ville. A true gem in the Center of Cannes!

The location of this apartment is perfect as everything we needed was in walking distance. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. It also had ample shelf and closet space in all rooms so we could fully unpack and enjoy the space. The apartment itself was very stylish and had everything you would need. Super comfy bed and cosy cover. Loved the bedroom shutters (so French!) and excellent shower. No noise from the street although it's perfectly central. It's located walking distance to great restaurants, grocery store, and Farmer‘s market steps out the door. The beach is an easy 5 minute stroll. The host was easy to reach and a great communicator. Best place I’ve stayed in Cannes!
