Summary:
It is a special luxury house for a special large family for 8 people who wish to have a very pleasant stay, its three rooms are incredible and very well decorated, the house is located within a luxurious private complex with many amenitis such as gym, tennis courts , 3 community pools, barbecue, club house with restaurant, we are located very close to the tourist heart of the island near the best beaches and the hotel zone

The Space:
In this beautiful unit we have thought of everything, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare any dish, split air conditioning in each of the areas, hot water, high speed wi fi, the backyard is beautiful and You can spend some relaxing moments in this area of the house, cable TV with the whole package open, private parking, the house is inside a private complex with pool, restaurant, gym, tennis courts and club house, the house is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, refrigerator with wheels to take your drinks to the beach !!

Guest Access:
By staying at the gold coast complex you can enjoy any of the 3 community pools, the gym, and the tennis courts and there are special prices at the restaurant white !!!

The Neighborhood:
The atmosphere is super charming, the community is very quiet and you will feel that the pool or common areas are for you alone!

Getting Around:
Public transport passes through the entrance to the complex, you can also call a taxi, there is a bike station at 1.5 km, but if it is your first time in aruba I recommend you rent a car, we can get you one!

Family Christmas present.

A great house. Lots of space. Neighborhood was quiet. The dipping pool was perfect after a hot day of exploring. Lots of great memories were made this week.

Great property in Gold Coast

Our family of 6 and a small dog had the pleasure of staying in this property for 2 weeks. The property was well appointed with all we needed. The kitchen had enough supplies to cook some meals at home and it had a dishwasher as well as a washer/dryer. Every bedroom has air conditioning as well as the living room. This property is inside a very well maintained neighborhood with 3 pools and 24 hr live security not just gated. Which gives you a sense of community. It is located in the north side of the island and requires a car to be able to explore all the wonderful beaches and restaurants. The host was very responsive and addressed any issues immediately. I would recommend this property and would stay here again in a future trip.

Wonderful Place to Call Home

The condo was very spacious and clean and had all amenities as advertised. The gated community had three pools, gym, restaurant and bar which had great staff and the community was welcoming and safe! Overall the island is wonderful and we loved our three weeks. Host was helpful when needed and allowed us a later checkout to accommodate our flight time. Would highly recommend.

Great time at Gold Coast

The property was exactly as described. Lots of space for a family of 5 and lovely outdoor space. We really enjoyed our time there and Victor was a pleasure to work with. The property could use a few more amenities in the kitchen but we made it work with the pots and pans there. Some things were broken such as the cork screws. The furniture including the beds were all comfortable and the kids loved the hammocks. Some of the furniture is getting worn but nothing to effect our enjoyment of the place. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the pools are nice.
