Fitzroy Street is one of St Kilda's most iconic streets.
Full of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs and only a short stroll from the beach.
The famous Acland Street with it's European cakes and cafes is only a few minutes walk away, as is Luna Park amusement park.
The beach is just 5 minutes walk away as is St Kilda pier where you can see Fairy Penguins at dusk.

Walk outside and you have some of Melbourne's best coffee and food right at your doorstep.
Shops, bars and restaurants and cinemas are all situated right on this amazing street.
A tram stop is right at your doorstep to take you to the city or to Acland Street or the course you could just take the pleasant 15 minutes walk to Acland Street or 5 minute walk to the beach instead!
There is a supermarket right across the road along with the many food outlets so you will never be short of culinary delights.


This apartment will suit singles, couples or small families as it has a 2.5 seater couch that can double as a bed for children when needed.

Great apartment in St Kilda. Location on Fitzroy Street is so convenient - close to restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket, beach - and the tram stop right in front is the icing on the cakeZ. Very comfy and cosy apartment with everything you could need. We stayed for a month and will definitely consider staying again when we return next year if the apartment is available.

2nd superb visit

2nd time at this property and everything as good as the first time. Great apartment in a fantastic location. Everything you need in the apartment and in the neighborhood to make you feel immediately at home. Fantastic stay in St Kilda

Brilliant apartment. Close to everything, transports system, small supermarket, bars, restaurants, post office, everything you could need. 5-minute walk to the beautiful Albert Park and 5 minutes in the other direction and you are on the beach. The apartment itself is really well-equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself, the fridge is a decent size too. The bathroom is good with excellent shower pressure and always hot water. Couldn't really ask for anything more, Gri is a great help if you need anything, I'll definitely be back.

Cosy little place in the middle of St Kilda

We have stayed here twice now and it's always perfect. The apartment is cosy yet not too small. It is so close to trams and shops and many useful amenities and locations. The Owner is so friendly and attentive and makes sure that nothing is amiss. Would definitly reccomend for a long or short stay.

Great location, great condo!

Geri’s condo is in the perfect location for exploring St Kilda and Melbourne. The tram stops right outside the door and the beach is a short walk away. There are many restaurants within walking distance. When we were there the St Kilda festival was on and we walked out the door and we were in the middle of it! The condo itself is clean, quiet and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for more!

I’ve lived in both of these properties at some point and they are still my homes. I love it when people have a good experience here whether it be enjoying the soft beds or just having a nice place to come home to after exploring St Kilda. I hope you enjoy your stay here.

What makes this property unique

Top floor and in the middle of the action but quiet and safe at the same time. Great views of rooftops, city skyline. I love this apartment for it's convenience and light. If you get the chance to rent it on a fireworks holiday then you are in for a treat.
