This beautiful home was newly renovated for anyone excited to wake up to gorgeous views, explore during the day, & come back to shower, cook in the full kitchen, or walk to a local restaurant for a nice meal, and enjoy the peaceful Zion evenings. Perfect home for a family vacation, friends' trip, personal or business retreat, or an adventurers' base-camp!

Overall, this property was in a great location, walkable to entrance of Zion NP and restaurants and was great for two traveling couples. House can accommodate many people, so we had lots of room. Fully stocked kitchen and linens. Even though the house is located on the Main Street, it’s very quiet on the inside. We heard no road noise.

Katrina and her Watchman View Gallery were fantastic! She was a great communicator and provided helpful tips. Her place was perfectly located just outside Zion NP and was loaded. The kitchen was well labeled and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space and rooms for our large family on a National Park adventure. From the inside to the outside, everything was clean and well organized. I’d definitely recommend her place for anyone looking to visit Utah!

Unique house - well located to walk almost everywhere. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Lots of showers and bathrooms made it easy after a day hiking in the park. Zion is beautiful- a lovely place to visit if you love the outdoors.

We had a great time here. The property is very close to everything in town and very close and convenient to the park as well as shuttle to the park. The only thing we would recommend would maybe put blinds on the side door for people going to the next-door house, we had people peeking in.

Fabulous location about a mile from the visitor center and right on the free shuttle line. Close walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Bonrue was a find for coffee and pastries. What a view!

My family enjoyed this home immensely during our stay in Zion with a side trip to Bryce Canyon. It’s a lovely place to come home to after a day of exploring the wonders of Zion’s trails. So convenient to everything. Fully appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and baths. We highly recommend!
