The Watchman View Tower ~ Explore Zion National Park!

Zion National Park's majestic peaks are right outside your window and the park entrance is only 1 mile away, making for the perfect hike or bike ride or take the FREE Springdale Shuttle (seasonal) at the street in front of the house! This 2nd floor space was renovated for those excited to wake up to beautiful views, explore during the day, then return to eat, & enjoy the peaceful Zion evenings inside the spacious bedrooms or out on the deck. Perfect space for a family vacation, friends' trip, retreat, or an adventurers' base-camp!
Note: this unit features kitchen seating on stools in two areas, and two bedrooms include seating, however this space has no living room.
Free Parking: Two 8.5' x 18' spaces located directly in front of the house. EV CHARGING: Two level 2 40 amp charging spaces available (Tesla owners will need NACS adapter).

Great Location

Great location. Close enough to walk into Zion but also in the heart of Springdale. Could use a little updating to feel more cozy. Beds were comfy. Overall, a decent little place to stay for a home base while exploring Zion.

Amazing upstairs condo/home/apartment. Honestly it felt like a home. It’s was me, wife and 3 kids (12,9,6) and we were super comfortable and happy for our stay. Convenient location x100. Zion Visitor center is walking distance for our active family and even closer for shuttle or driving. Shuttle picks up across the street. We parked our car and didn’t drive it again for 3 days except to the market to get supplies. Highly recommend

Family Adventure

This was a perfect location for our family to explore Zion National Park. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have laundry facilities on site. The shuttle stop for Springdale is right across the street as well!

Nice little place to stay in Springdale

This property is really good if you don't plan to be home lots. There wasn't an indoor space for us to hang out comfortably. Aside from that the property was clean, and VERY convenient to restaurants and the park. Shuttle stop was right down the driveway. Oh and the beds were comfortable!

Better than expected

Being able to do laundry and being able to cook with nice dishes was great! Katrina was SO helpful!! Close to Zion NP There is also an amazing deck with unbelievable views of the mountains. Stay here!

Excellent stay near Zion

You can’t beat the location of this place - it’s right off the main road in Springdale and across the street from a shuttle stop and a restaurant with delicious burgers (Camp Outpost). Several other restaurants, shops, and the local supermarket (though obviously a bit more expensive) is a short walk away as well. The place was pretty quiet even with guests in the downstairs unit, and there were some fun games to play (bananagrams). Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Location

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. The location is excellent for walking around Springdale and getting on the Springdale bus. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the yard and the view! It fit our family of 5 nicely. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

This home was perfectly located to Zion and right in the heart of Springdale. Definitely a bit unique in that it doesn’t have a family room but we made due. The bathroom could use a bit of sprucing up but was clean.

Strange living space

The location was amazing. Right in town and close to the park. The beds were very comfortable! Downside…very strange layout. No common space or place to gather to play games and a very small bathroom for possibly 6 adults. Biggest shock was NO TV! We all crowded into 1 of the king beds each night (4 adults) and watched sports on our iPad. I looked back at listing and I was frustrated that those details were not mentioned. Overall the location was what we were paying for.

I wish I could give this place a glowing review, but I want to be fair to future travelers. Location and great views are the best things about this lodging. It was very convenient to the park entrance and downtown Springdale. Our host allowed an early check-in which we appreciated and was quick to respond to our couple of inquiries. The apartment was cute and reasonably comfortable (we were aware there was no central area to hang out/relax other than the kitchen and that was fine with us). The beds were comfortable, albeit squeaky due to the metal style bed frames. We didn't cook there, but it looked decently stocked with equipment. Though the photos showed a stocked coffee supply, we found only a tablespoon or so of ground coffee. Fortunately, there were plenty of places nearby to grab coffee. The reason for the 3 stars is that the place was not very clean or well maintained. The stairs leading up to the apartment were extremely dirty and the carpet treads were not attached to the stairs making it hazardous especially carrying luggage. The bathroom was not very clean; shower stall had cobwebs on the walls over it, there were hairs on the toilet, and it was generally in need of a rehab. There were personal items such as toothpaste and acne cream in the closet leftover from other guests. The place needs some maintenance and a deep clean, but again the convenience and views might take your mind off of these issues.

Charming Place With Caveats

This was a perfect place for me and my best friend to stay to celebrate her birthday. Located in the heart of Springdale, walking distance to everything, and the park shuttle bus stop was right across the street. The second story allows for some very nice views, and there are plenty of windows in the rooms to let in the cool desert evening air—we slept really well! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook, and we really appreciated the fact that we didn't need to buy coffee. And while there are three bedrooms with three beds (would sleep three couples or three people very comfortably), there is no central living/hanging out space (there is a kitchen bar counter with stools and an outdoor patio), no television, and only one small bathroom. This was fine for me and my friend, but would be a challenge for more people or a family. Also, set of stairs at the entry might be a challenge for people with bad knees or other physical disabilities.

This is a nice little place to stay to be close to the heart of Zion. It has great access to the park and amenities in town. The views of the Watchman are fantastic! It could use a bit of updating and some freshening up, but otherwise was a great stay, with very good value.

Great place for a family Zion trip

This place was perfect for our family Zion vacation. The 3 bedrooms were very spacious, giving all of us a feeling of our own space at the end of the day. We loved relaxing on the deck while enjoying the Zion views. The location was perfect, within walking distance to local restaurants and right across the street from the Zion shuttle, not to mention right next door to Zion Guru where we rented gear for our Narrows hike. The kitchen had all we needed for staying in a making a family meal one night. Every day we watched deer on the lawn outside our windows. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Zion!
