Blackburn is a beautiful suburb with lots of wildlife (birds, ducks) and nature reserves. The main nature reserve is the Blackburn lake. Blackburn lake has picnic facilities, playground and you can walk around the whole lake.

Features a master bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom with two single beds, spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom. The living room and master bedroom has split system air conditioning. There are LCD TVs in both bedrooms and the living room.The apartment is beautifully furnished. Off street parking is provided. Wireless high speed internet connection is available. The apartment has polished floors and great natural light.

Blackburn train station is a short walk away at the end of the street. Bus connections are also located at the Blackburn train station. There is a direct bus connection from the Blackburn train station to the Melbourne airport. There is a variety of restaurants, take away shops and an IGA supermarket within short walking distance from the apartment. Large shopping centres are located only a couple of minutes by car.

The apartment is ideal for business travellers or families with children or holiday makers.

We had a fantastic stay, all the amenities we needed. The location is both quiet but within easy reach of shops and the train to the city. The property is well maintained and has beautiful gardens with parking too. Would definitely stay again

Needed a home away from home whilst some work was being done on our house. For the price, the property was perfect. Clean, comfy beds and adequate facilities. Bathroom could do with a bit of updating but aside, a perfect property for a short stay. The host was amazingly responsive. Would stay again

Great Apartment with Direct Train to Heart of Melbourne

If you want some space and want a change from some of the large closets they call hotel room, this is the place. This apartment has a full kitchen, two bedrooms with toilet separated from shower and laundry plus covered off street parking. It is a short walk to the train and they run all day and night when we were there. My wife comment was that it was CLEAN. We can't say that where we are tonight in Canberra.

We spent a week staying at this Blackburn apartment. It was in an ideal location and comfortable. It was clean and a good size for a family of four. It was reasonably equipped with plates, bowls etc but could do with more. The apartment also lacked any instructions on how to use the equipment ie. microwave, washing machine and could perhaps have some information about the surrounding area. Otherwise our stay was comfortable.
