Absolutely perfect. Property was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. Very quick stroll to the train station, plenty of room inside, shower pressure wonderful, kitchen functional and had all we could need. Communication with manager was brilliant. Honestly, couldn’t fault it at all. We will definitely stay again and recommend without hesitation.

Interstate holiday

My husband and I stayed here for a week and were quite comfortable. We were really only at the unit during the evenings. The Queen bed was comfortable but made up with a single bed top sheet! Not having a clothes dryer was an issue but not a serious one as there was a clothes line. The window coverings in the second bedroom didn't allow for privacy as they weren't wide enough to cover the windows (I'm hoping that will be addressed and maybe some stronger light globes as the ones there are a bit dim). The small kitchen had everything you'd need for short stays, the shower was good and the two couches were very comfortable.

Great location

This was a great location for us. Walking distance to everything we needed. However we were disappointed to not have been put in the apartment pictured. We had specifically picked the pictured apartment due to the couches. My husband is 6’4” and being put in an apartment with delicate Victorian style couches was not at all comfortable for him when he wanted to relax. Communication from the owner on the change of apartments would have been appreciated. Otherwise a great place, in a great location, very well priced. Thanks.

We found the rental to be as promoted. It was convenient with a short walk to Blackburn Railway station, which is also a hub for buses, including the Skybus to Melbourne Airport.

Perfect location.

Our young family stayed here for a week. We generally had a nice time. The unit is close to trains so very easy commute into city. Written instructions are needed to get the radiator heaters working. warm blankets would be great too, the master "blanket" was very thin and added no extra warmth. The owner was accessible via email and bought the unit a broom when I enquired. Otherwise a very clean tidy and comfortable apartment.

The place was clean and functional and suited our needs. The only thing we couldn't find was a broom. The only problem we had was with the toilet room which was very small and difficult to use for one of us who has to use a walker. (I realize that this can't be changed!) We were happy being there.
