We had an amazing stay at this apartment. Everything felt brand‑new, with modern appliances and a spotless space that was truly sparkling clean. The apartment actually exceeded my expectations — it’s even better in person than in the photos. Communication with the host was smooth, quick, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Everything about this place was very nice. It is extremely clean and comfortable. The Host was awesome and he made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend!!!

We had a great 7 night stay at this rental. Very nice accommodation with a good size living / kitchen area and a very comfortable bed and bedroom. Extra bonus is the 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. Perfect for two people! The building is up the hill and around the corner from the center of Ipanema. But it is very quiet and cool inside. Marcos is a great host who— if we needed him -/ seemed ready to help out. Fortunately for us all workedsmoothly with. I highly recommend this spot.

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was very clean, it's in a great neighborhood with lots of dining options, and there is 24-hour security at the front desk, so I also always felt safe. It is a short walk from the building to local bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. The hosts Mariza and Marcos are very friendly and pleasant people. They were great to communicate with from the moment I booked the apartment to my last day. It was a pleasure to speak with them, which helped make my travel experience much easier and enjoyable. Perfect Manager and Perfect Property

Perfect property and property manager. On a scale of 10 both was a 12. Let’s start with the property. The building was in a safe neighborhood. It also had a 24 hour doorman, those guys were really nice and helpful. The apartment was newly renovated with up to date modern appliances. The linen, bedsheets and bath towels were plentiful and clean. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was as clean as could be. As impressed as I was about the apartment, the apartment manager, Marco, was even better. You’ll be hard press to find a nicer, kinder person. The airlines lost my luggage and I don’t speak Portuguese. Marco is bilingual, English and Portuguese. He went above and beyond helping me get my luggage. Actually he was the reason I was able to get my luggage in a timely manner. After that I didn’t hear from him, he left me alone, until it was time to check out. Just the way I wanted it. Renting this apartment from Marco added significant value to my holiday/vacation.
