Designed with entertaining in mind, the home features four generous bedrooms each with king-split beds and individual TV/DVD setups alongside three stylish bathrooms, two of which boast private ensuites. At the heart of the home, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen flows effortlessly into a spacious living and dining area, creating an inviting space for shared meals and relaxed gatherings.

Step outside to enjoy two separate alfresco entertaining areas ideal for outdoor dining, barbecues, or simply soaking in the tranquil surroundings. For moments of downtime, the dedicated media room offers the ultimate escape, complete with a Sony PlayStation 4, a curated library of over 1,000 DVDs, and more than 500 novels ensuring something for every interest and age group.

Professionally styled by interior designers, Hunter Grange blends modern luxury with mid-century vintage charm, delivering a home that"s as comfortable as it is full of character.

You needn`t travel far for an exceptional time either, with privileged
access to The Vintage Resort facilities during your stay at a
luxurious holiday house. Perhaps a dip in the lap pool, a competitive
game of tennis on one of two courts available or a quick energising
session in the gymnasium. Enjoy all the extras of a resort whilst
staying in the comfort of your private holiday home.

Great Property for a stay in the Hunter

The house was clean and in a great location. We had an amazing weekend away with friends. The house is perfect for 3 couples enjoying a weekend in the hunter. It exceeded our expectations and will definitely be back.

Great property for a family get together

Stayed over December for a family get together with 3 kids. Property was spacious and allowed for kids to have space to runaround. We loved watching the wild kangaroos in the morning that come right up to the property.

Family Short Stay

The Hunter Grange is a great property. Plenty of room enabling you to have space to yourself if needed. We had a baby with us and it was great for her to have a sleep away from the main living space. The property had everything you could need. Our only complaint is that there were some fails with the cleanliness of the property and that some of the appliances didn't work. The fan oven was not working which was a big issue considering we had planned a family dinner at the house on Saturday night. The TV's in each bedroom had no service. We have highlighted these concerns with the property management and they acknowledged these items will be attended to for future renters. NOTE: We took a high chair with us, the property does have one. It is not listed however in the property overview.

Lovely house with lots of space

We were two families with kids and hadn’t more than enough space here. The house had so many nice spots to sit down and have a chat or a meal and the kids could run around outside. We lived the view of the golf course and the serenity. Would definitely come back!

Hunter Grange Stay

Golf Course Frontage House

Pleasant stay with generous size living and entertaining areas.Additional benefit was the kids media room which features Play Station.Would of been an advantage to have access to the garage for added vehicle security.
