Great house

This was in a perfect location for our expo at the convention center with grocery stores and restaurants close by. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Thanks Carol.

Junior/senior high school trip

We spent 5 days, 4nights here. The neighborhood is working class, but clean and quiet. There was plenty of room for our group. We didn’t go to Disneyland so proximity wasn’t a priority for us. Grocery stores, easy freeway access and enough beds were our priority. The house was what we expected for the price and location.

This property was a great find for our group, it was large enough for the group and was great place to rest after our different activities.

Great stay!

Very pleased with our stay here. Host was responsive and extremely accommodating. House was perfect for our needs and close to Disney. Only recommendation would be a fan in the bedroom by the laundry room. But with the window open it was nice. Overall stay was great. Neighborhood was cute, close to grocery store, fast food if needed, gas stations and Starbucks. Went for a nice walk around the block and enjoyed the Sunset. Would have enjoyed a few more days here if we were staying longer!

Lots of Rooms, but Lots of Issues

Overall: Would not recommend this house due to the cleanliness/broken items. Would not recommend VRBO. Pros the host was very responsive and the amount of rooms was great. Cons: Multiple things in the house were broken when we arrived (bed frame and toilet cover), things were missing (power cord to the tv and remote), things were not clean (garbage in some rooms not emptied, coffee pot had old grounds, floors were pretty dirty). The first night was basically three to four hours of figuring out and coordinating with the host and handyman what needed to be cleaned. VRBO was of no help and they kept telling us all we could do was write a review and request a cleaning fee back (which didn't happen).
