The Space
Tucked away in the northeast corner of Virginia, you`ll find this 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome affords the peace and freedom of country living paired with the convenience of proximity to major commuter routes and our nation`s capital.
As you enter through the front door, you`ll find yourself in the comfortable living room, outfitted with welcoming warm colors in a mid-century modern style. A spacious sofa sits atop a cozy area rug in front of the Roku-enabled smart TV. Convenient tables provide space for your drinks and snacks.
A leather chair with ottoman sits in the corner, perfect for reading a book or catching up on social media with the included WiFi.
The eat-in dining area boasts a modern table for 6. Dine in style under the light of the eclectic light fixture looking over the private rear yard and generous deck.
A fully-equipped kitchen offers a smooth top range, refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with everything needed to create a delicious meal.
Through the sliding doors in the dining room, you`ll find a large open deck with a privacy shield, overlooking mature trees all around. Enjoy the extra privacy afforded by your end unit location.
Let the family grillmaster have his turn with the charcoal grill, and then enjoy a family barbecue at the covered dining table for 4.
The ground level master suite is a private haven, complete with king bed, a cozy loveseat that folds into a sleeper sofa, and WiFi-enabled flat-screen TV. An ensuite bath offers a walk-in shower. How you`ll love retreating here after a long day!
There is no private door for this bedroom.
This level also has the distinction of private access to the privacy-fenced backyard, perhaps the ideal spot for some midnight stargazing. It`s also perfect to allow the furry family member some exercise. Ask us about bringing your dog.
Upstairs are 2 additional bedrooms, which share a full bath. The first has a king bed, dual nightstands and lamps, recessed lighting, and a WiFi-enabled smart TV, and beautifully coordinated decor in soothing color.
The second has a queen bed, with dual nightstands and lamps, a corner leather chair and ottoman.
This townhome is a wonderful choice for the family looking to enjoy a weekend near DC or a longer getaway in a quiet and convenient location, close to all the history and excitement of our nation`s capital.
IMPORTANT NOTE: CountrySide is a family-oriented community that prizes courtesy and quiet. For this reason, we can only invite family groups to any of our CountrySide properties. Additionally, because of past conflicts, we have had to enact a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any violation of the either our noise or quiet hours (10pm - 8am) policies. In order to be fair and impartial with this noise policy, we have installed NoiseAware in all of our CountrySide properties. This technology is similar to a smoke alarm, but instead detects noise over a pre-set decibel.
Important Things to Note Regarding Pets:
Pet fee for stays between 7-30 nights: $250
Pet fee for stays 30+ nights: $250 per month

Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Virginia Law.
The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.
Starter Supplies:
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items
