The location was excellent! 2 parking spots included in a large townhouse community, with property backing onto a small grove of shared trees. This attracted bugs. Significant ground hornet infestation upon arrival, which Blueground promptly addressed. Need to download their app to communicate best. Guest parking is very limited, often requiring street parking blocks away.The photos were accurate. We appreciated pets were welcome. Property had a noticeable musty odor that’s lingered on our clothing after moving out. Initial cleaning was subpar. Blueground offered a re-clean, but scheduling required 3 days of availability if I wanted to be present because of my dogs, I couldn't accommodate.For a multi-month stay, the furnishings & kitchen supplies could be improved. There were enough cups/plates & very basic cooking items, but only a few fabric drawers for clothing, no extra sheets, no blackout curtains, and just a basement TV. Used my own vacuum & mop as provided equipment seemed insufficient. Upstairs carpeting & bathrooms looked new, some very low water pressure; a handyman attempted repairs.Overall, the property met our needs, but more thorough cleaning & better-equipped furnishings would make a meaningful difference. Communication was prompt. However, if you need employer reimbursement, confirm provided invoice will meet requirement. Despite assurances before booking, they later declined to provide a per day breakdown. Credit card, pet fees, etc on separate invoices.
