1 of 6 cottages available. The cottage is perfect for a family or just a group of friends that want to spend the weekend in the Hawkesbury enjoying the fabulous atmosphere that the Windsor town brings. We are in Freeman's Reach situated 5 minutes from the historic town of Windsor and the Hawkesbury River where there is plenty of activities including water skiing and Powerboat events. You may be travelling through town and are looking for an overnight stay, which at times can be very hard to find. The house has parking and is on a 5 acre

Loved our stay at this property, very quiet and comfortable and not too far out of town from Windsor, which was handy for us. I recommend this place for a family very tidy and clean. Thank you again will stay next time we are down again.

Lovely location

Private and quiet location with just a short drive into Windsor. Cottages are spacious and modern with all facilities, and beds are extremely comfy. Michael is super friendly will attend to all your needs. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Freeman’s Reach Idealic House

This was a great little house in an idealic location for our holiday. Beautifully presented and large enough for our family of 6 with a host that was very accommodating. The house was well appointed with almost everything that a family needs when on holidays. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for an affordable place in a quiet rural setting.

Simple but comfortable

The unit was comfortable and the hosts had gone out of their way to make sure there were pantry staples. The unit is more a small house than a self contained flat and would be comfortable for a longer stay. Location is a bit out of the way but access was easy and the stay was quiet

A Good Base to go Exploring

This property has all the basics for an enjoyable stay. It is a good base to go out for a drive and explore. It has plenty of beds and I was able to have a few different people over without paying extra. The host was very nice and kindly came over to introduce himself. The beds were a bit squeaky and could do with an upgrade, but with a bit of extra padding on the mattress, I was able to sleep, soundly. If you are on a budget and you want to get away from the city, this is a nice place to relax, with a country feel. The property is currently undergoing some construction as they put in a ramp for the disabled, but it didn't affect my stay. The new disabled bathroom looked good.

The log fire, aircon and blue skies kept the house nice and warm, the owners gave us plenty of space and were very nice when we accidentally checked out 2 hours late, not to mention the cute and friendly horse in the adjacent lot that kept a bunch of city kids entertained!
