Terraced house located in the condominium Suiza Residence Park, in the city of Serra Negra / SP. Quiet neighborhood, close to the center. Furnished House, 2 suites, 1 bedroom, full kitchen, living room 2 Environments with TV, sofas and tables with chairs, with mezzanine. Large outdoor area with pool, Ranch in front of the pool with barbecue, pool table and 1 Foosball table, ping pong table. Garage for 8 cars. We rent for birthday parties.
