Welcome to our home called the MagicwayVillas+Nemo's House at Anaheim Disneyland.
Our Nemo Disney-themed House is a little over half a mile from Disneyland, only a 10-minute walk! With space for the entire family, our house is the perfect place to enjoy your Disney family vacation. watch the fireworks from the back of the yard - your time at Magicway House is sure to create magical memories for the entire family!
This 4 bedrooms 3 bath home is renovated with families in mind. The Master bedroom has a comfortable large queen bed and a 42" LED TV, DVD and is beautifully furnished. Next to the master is a fun Disney-themed kids' bedroom with a bunk bed (twin over full and trundle), PlayStation, TV, and games. The third bedroom also has a large queen bed that is elegantly appointed.
The Master Bedroom (the one that has a clock on top of the bed) with a Queen Bed has its own private ensuite bathroom.
The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.
The third bathroom is situated near the kitchen, making it easily accessible for everyone.
Our kitchen and living area have a huge 55 inch Samsung TV, blue-ray player, free WiFi, and a Wii with several games. Cable subscription with the Disney channel is also available so you and the kids won't miss your favorite shows and games while you're on vacation. You can also connect to Netflix through our blue-ray player or watch one of our favorite Disney DVD movies!
The modern kitchen has all the conveniences including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, and pots and pans to help make a home-cooked meal. We even have a pancake maker and a griddle. Plates, utensils, cookware, children's plates and utensils, a crock-pot, coffee pot, and more are all there for your use. A highchair and booster seat are also provided. A BBQ and patio set is also available in the backyard so you can grill up your favorite burgers and hot dogs. We have an Electrolux front loader washer and dryer for your use.
A keypad entry makes it easy for guests to get in and out of the house. There is no need to pick up a key so you are flexible to arrive when it is convenient for you. Plus you can make your own personal code so there won't be any worry of getting locked out or wondering where you placed the key. The key codes are individually coded for you during your stay for your security.

Once we receive your reservation request, we will either accept or deny your reservation request within 24 hours. Some requests may be rejected due to a 2-night gap in our calendar.

CITY RULES & REQUIREMENTS:
*City mandated "Quiet Hours" FROM 10 pm - 9 am. Outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub, patio, front or rear yards, etc) are off-limits during this time, loud music or noise is NOT allowed outside at any time, and NOT allowed inside during quiet hours.
*Max Occupancy - 10 individuals including infants and daytime visitors
*Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights
*Min age to book our properties is 25 years old or older.
*Parking, Max Vehicle Count - 4 vehicles MAX in driveway must not block the sidewalk. And NO street parking is allowed.
*Guests will need to fill out an electronic Rental Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after they book.
*Recording cameras are located facing the driveway, front entrance, and back yard area.
*NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed. Any evidence of smoking, marijuana, or drug use will result in an automatic $500 fine and all costs associated with smoke remediation (very expensive).
*Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to pay all fines, civil actions, and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.
*No parties or events are allowed
