Welcome to our home called the MagicwayVillas+Nemo's House at Anaheim Disneyland.

Our Nemo Disney-themed House is a little over half a mile from Disneyland, only a 10-minute walk! With space for the entire family, our house is the perfect place to enjoy your Disney family vacation. watch the fireworks from the back of the yard - your time at Magicway House is sure to create magical memories for the entire family!

This 4 bedrooms 3 bath home is renovated with families in mind. The Master bedroom has a comfortable large queen bed and a 42" LED TV, DVD and is beautifully furnished. Next to the master is a fun Disney-themed kids' bedroom with a bunk bed (twin over full and trundle), PlayStation, TV, and games. The third bedroom also has a large queen bed that is elegantly appointed.

Our kitchen and living area have a huge 55 inch Samsung TV, blue-ray player, free WiFi, and a Wii with several games. Cable subscription with the Disney channel is also available so you and the kids won't miss your favorite shows and games while you're on vacation. You can also connect to Netflix through our blue-ray player or watch one of our favorite Disney DVD movies!

The modern kitchen has all the conveniences including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, and pots and pans to help make a home-cooked meal. We even have a pancake maker and a griddle. Plates, utensils, cookware, children's plates and utensils, a crock-pot, coffee pot, and more are all there for your use. A highchair and booster seat are also provided. A BBQ and patio set is also available in the backyard so you can grill up your favorite burgers and hot dogs. We have an Electrolux front loader washer and dryer for your use.

A keypad entry makes it easy for guests to get in and out of the house. There is no need to pick up a key so you are flexible to arrive when it is convenient for you. Plus you can make your own personal code so there won't be any worry of getting locked out or wondering where you placed the key. The key codes are individually coded for you during your stay for your security.

Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions, and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.

Once we receive your reservation request, we will either accept or deny your reservation request within 24 hours. Some requests may be rejected due to a 2-night gap in our calendar.

90 or more days prior to arrival – $100 cancellation fee
60 – 0 days prior to arrival – No Refunds / No Change of Dates

CITY RULES & REQUIREMENTS:

*City mandated "Quiet Hours" FROM 10 pm - 9 am. Outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub, patio, front or rear yards, etc) are off-limits during this time, loud music or noise is NOT allowed outside at any time, and NOT allowed inside during quiet hours.

*Max Occupancy - 10 individuals including infants and daytime visitors

*Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights

*Min age to book our properties is 25 years old or older.

*Parking, Max Vehicle Count - 4 vehicles MAX in driveway must not block the sidewalk. And NO street parking is allowed.

*Guests will need to fill out an electronic Rental Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after they book.

*Recording cameras are located facing the driveway, front entrance, and back yard area.

*NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed. Any evidence of smoking, marijuana, or drug use will result in an automatic $500 fine and all costs associated with smoke remediation (very expensive).

*Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to pay all fines, civil actions, and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.

*No parties or events are allowed

Great stay!

We loved our stay here! Some of the reviews said that it was a walk of about 10-15 minutes -- it was closer to 30 minutes. The walk is safe and doable- it is just a hike! We loved this house though! It worked very well for our family - 7 adults and a 1yr old! The owners communicated well and were very helpful! This place was exactly what we were looking for!

Great Clean Stay!

We had an awesome time at Nemo’s house. The property was clean and the beds were super comfy. What else could you need?!It was a 3 min drive to the Disneyland parking garage (we drove because we had our grandparents with us). However you could definitely walk. The backyard was very nice. We spent our time home out on the patio. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We felt safe there. The house is in a nice location, lots to do around the area!

A Little Slice of Disney!

Great stay in a nice house located 20 to 25 walking minutes from Disneyland (monorail entrance) and 30 to 40 minutes from Adventureland (traffic depending). Can also see the 930pm fireworks at Disneyland to some extent!

This property was a great choice! It was a perfect choice for my extended family to stay off the parks. It was a 10 minute walk to downtown Disney. The kids loved the finding Nemo house.

Wonderful house close to Disney

Our family had a great stay. We took the short walk back and forth to Disney for 3 days. And did Universal Studios for a day. Location was easy to get to. Host was great with communication and house was clean and well kept.

Fabulous property

This was beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to the freeway. Within a 30 minute walk to Disneyland. Or short 5 minute drive. Well stocked kitchen. We would stay again.

We loved this place. It was close enough to walk to Disneyland so anybody that wanted to could go back to the house for a break. It has 3 full bathrooms which was very nice. Probably the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. The patio area was great and where we hung out the most there. And the decor was amazing.

Great Location

The house was great and the beds were comfortable. There were a lot of rules about noise and parking and the keypad to enter the house was a little tricky, but overall it was a good option for a trip to Disneyland. The walking distance to Downtown Disney is fairly easy and we walked the first day, but opted for driving on the next two days because the walk feels so much longer after walking for miles at Disneyland! Would definitely stay there again.

Very impressed. Just like the pictures. House seemed very clean, but I did have to wipe down the kitchen counters, they were greasy but it might have been missed because the rest of the house was clean.

Great Location near the parks!

This house was perfect for our group of friends. We had enough beds for everyone, very clean and great location. We were just a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney. The neighborhood is very quite and clean. The house had everything we needed and more. Our hosts were wonderful and easy to get ahold of when needed.

Great home for large groups near Disneyland

This property was perfect for our large group. There are 3 full size bathrooms, so no one needed to share. The rooms were clean, stylish, and had comfortable beds and pillows. We were within walking distance or a $7 Uber ride to Disneyland. Hosts were accomodating and communicative. I highly recommend staying here.

This was the by far the cleanest vacation rental that I have ever stayed in. Great for our group of 6 ( 2 parents, 4 college students). Management was very responsive. Great location, we never had a problem getting an Uber within minutes of requesting one. Quiet safe neighborhood, nice next door neighbor. Loved this place !

Great home base for Disney

We used this Nemo themed house for our Disney trip and it was the perfect location. Took about 10 minutes to walk with our stroller over to Disneyland. I had to spend one night with my toddler on the bottom bunk one night and I wouldn’t recommend that torture device of a mattress for an adult, but my son had no complaints.
