Perched high up on the 20th floor, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment can sleep up to 8, with extra guests on foldup beds. Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request. Bookings above 6 people will attract a nightly surcharge of $50 per person.
The price quoted is based upon 6 guests.
Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Tony met us at the property and was very helpful with local eating places & supermarket
Property was clean ,well presented & the beds were very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property.
We spent 4 busy nights in this accommodation, which was the perfect location to explore Melbourne. We walked everywhere, stopping back at the apartment for mini breaks. The host was excellent, providing advice on the surroundings and directions and early check in. We all loved our stay.
Our stay was great but the Venetian Blinds
in every room need replacing, they are shocking one fell on my friends head when she went to let it down & the ones in the master room some of the slats are bent & wouldn’t go all the way or down so we had so much light coming in!
Can't say enough for this place. Nicely located near the Crown Casino, Flinders St Station and plenty of cafes, we were able to walk to the Albert Park race track for the Australian GP. Plenty of trams and Ubers as well for when we didn't feel like walking. The apartment was nicely appointed and Tony couldn't be more helpful.
Thanks for the stay, we would love to come back!

Excellent property
Tony the owner replied to all queries very quickly. The property was exactly as described. It is in a very convenient location in Southbank. Everything is in walking distants, if not, catch an Uber in about 1 mintue from in front of the apartment.

Great location and host
Recently had a boys weekend in MEL. Great location right near Crown and Southbank. Apartment had all features and facilities as advertised.
Tony was a great host. Was able to accommodate early check-in and met us at the door at the agreed time. All the boys agreed we would definitely stay here again.

Great Apartment, Great Views, Excellent Service.
This has to be one of the nicest apartments I've stayed in. Tony was super easy to deal with and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The beds were ready when we arrived and he worked everything around what we wanted. If you are after a comfortable stay with a great view for a fair price, this one's a no brainer.

Great Apartment !
We recently stayed at Sentinel88 for 4 days with friends. Beds are very comfortable with good quality bedding and kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is walking distance to the CBD, Casino and river.

Great Apartment
A group of us stayed at Sentinel and Sentinel 88 for our recent boys trip to Melbourne for the International Champions Cup. Both apartments are fantastic and in a great location close to the Crown. Tony is very accommodating and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Great apartment in a perfect location!
Sentinel88 was a perfect place for our large group of 7 to stay the weekend. Tony was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was beautifully furnished and the beds comfortable. Double doors ensured the noise of the city was miles away. The location was an easy walk to the city or a short cab ride. The only thing missing was a corkscrew to open wine!

Great Stay at Sentinel 88
Stayed here with 5 other friends for a few nights in February and absolutely loved! Located so close to the city and Flinders station, Sentinel88 was a beautiful apartment for us. Roomy 3-bedroom apartment with great heated pool as well. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic location
This apartment was well stocked and supplied with everything you could want. It was perfect for our family of 8 (grandparents and older children).
Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus as was the pool and gym. Being close & easy walking distance to Southbank, south Melbourne, the city and Rod Laver arena allowed us to cater for everyone's needs. The water taxi to the tennis was particularly appreciated!
