Beachside Escape Right On The Esplanade
YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME
Fully self contained unit occupying the lower level only of the home where the owners live upstairs.
We do not charge for hidden extras like bed linen, cleaning fee, laundry use etc as it is all included in the one booking amount.
We are continuing to ensure our guests are well catered for by adding no cost extras and improving the amenities
-Free Netflix and You Tube
-6 seater outdoor table and chairs
-6 modern dining chairs around the kitchen dining table
- Queen Size Bed with quality mattress in the main bedroom, the 2nd bedroom has a double plus a single bed, plus a table and chairs.
4 burner gas bbq, a porta cot and high chair for infants.
Big modern hot water service so you will not run out of hot water.
Bricked paved guests driveway for off street parking
The 2nd bedroom is semi separate from the main bedroom although still part of the main home with access to this room from the rear and also via the entrance and garage. Young children may require some adult supervision because it is a little away from the main bedroom, however children are most welcome and we are happy for them to sleep on the double fold out sofa bed in the lounge room which is adjacent to the main bedroom and very comfortable.
We had hosted many families of 5 with the 3 kids in the 2nd bedroom and they have all enjoyed their stay......and it is far cheaper than having to book 2 rooms in a hotel!
Although we would love for you to stay longer you can now choose to stay for just the two nights if that is all you need or several weeks if required
Fresh modern and what a great location whether it be for your short holiday, maybe a weekend or mid week getaway, visiting family and friends locally, needing a little more space for business stays or perhaps you need a longer term stay which is available at reduced rates - you won't be disappointed with the locality, value and space!
Located at the quiet northern end of the Esplanade with direct across the road access to this fabulous beach
Modern full size kitchen/dine with dishwasher, separate formal lounge room enjoying the sea vistas, double bedroom with queen size bed, a large 2nd bedroom with a double bed and a single bed , modern bathroom and your own separate laundry. Two split system reverse cycle air conditioners, one in the lounge room with the other in the main bedroom. Heater, water cooler and ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom.
Spacious private and fully furnished with everything you may need.
Use of the full size fenced rear yard and front paved patio which enjoys the sea views
This fully self contained unit occupies the downstairs portion and the owners live upstairs. You will enjoy privacy, no shared facilities and free to enjoy swimming fishing cycling or just lazy walks along the beach
Included at no additional cost is all bed linen pillows and towels, full kitchen facilities including plates, glasses, cutlery pots pans, big family size fridge and freezer, laundry detergent ,clothes line, Netflix and You Tube all with our compliments.
One minute walk to local Ripple and Swirle Cafe on the Esplanade (great for coffee, breakfast and lunch) with the Christies Beach Hotel just a 5 minute walk away and Beach Road facilities restaurants and cafes about a 10 minute walk.
Talk a leisurely walk or just a short drive to adjacent Port Noarlunga where you will find the hotel and several cafes/restaurants and of course the Port Noarlunga Jetty
The wineries and restaurants of McLaren Vale and Willunga are an easy 15-20 minute drive away
Self check in now available by prior arrangement, alternatively the owner is happy to hand over the keys and show you around personally.

We purchased the home because of the incredible seaside location being right across from this beautiful beach and quietly located at the northern end of Christies Beach where there is mostly only local traffic passing bye.
Downstairs was always surplus to us so in 2015 we fully renovated it and decided to utilize the space as holiday accommodation so others can enjoy the location as much as we do
