Tall Trees is a lovely little unit walking distance to the main street of the iconic Margaret River. A great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and a beautiful deck with forest views.
The Space
The unit is on ground level with a car parking bay right out the front door. The unit features one bedroom with queen size bed and forest views. The modern galley style kitchen has a cooktop, dishwasher and bar fridge (no oven or freezer) and opens out onto the back deck complete with electric BBQ and amazing uninterrupted forest views. The living room has reverse cycle air-conditioning, smart TV and Wifi access. The large modern bathroom features a free standing bath tub and open shower. You'll have your own private access and will not be disturbed during your stay. The upper level may be occupied during your stay, however this is completely separate and the tenant will not have access to the guest accommodation. Within walking distance to the local bakery and cafe strip, Indulge yourself at gourmet restaurants and everything that Margaret River has to offer. Relax and unwind with nature at your door step, with access to walking trails just minutes away and close to mountain bike tracks. Walk to the famous Margaret River bakery for a coffee and almond croissant in the morning, a cocktail or local beer on the balcony at Swings Taphouse or a delicious traditional Italian woodfired pizza from Pizzica!

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.

Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.

No Pets: sorry, strictly no pets.
