This two bedroom apartment on the top floor of the Boyd Building offers stunning panoramic water views of the harbour and Port Phillip bay. Brilliantly situated on the New Quay waterfront with a great range of restaurants, shopping, tourist and transport facilities at the doorstep. There is a open living area with leather furniture, large TV, comfortable dining table for six and a sleek gourmet kitchen fitted with everything you might need, including Miele dishwasher, oven and hotplates.
The living area opens onto a full width balcony to admire those amazing views from the 22nd floor . The master bedroom features access to another balcony, an ensuite, walk in robe and has a queen sized bed. There is a second bedroom, also with views and a king bed that can be turned into 2 Singles and a second bathroom as well. The unit has a washing machine and dryer, reverse cycle air conditioning and free secure undercover parking included. The Boyd building has an outdoor pool, gym and BBQ that you can use for the duration of your stay. New Quay is situated 200 meters from Marvel Stadium so it is a great location for attending AFL football, soccer and special concerts. Other tourist sites at the doorstep include the Melbourne Star wheel, ice skating and Harbour Town shopping Centre. Fantastic apartment with an amazing view!!!The location was perfect, close to shops, the CBD, and everything we needed. The apartment was extremely clean and the communication with the owner was easy and seamless. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Communication and location excellent! Accomodation has everything you need and good presentation. Host may like to visit their property; cleaning good be improved.
The view was amazing! The apartment is close to trams and trains that take you to shops and restaurants. We walked to queen Victoria Market. The apartment is comfortable but dated. It could use a more thorough cleaning.
What fabulous views from the balcony. Close to restaurants, public transport etc over all a nicd place to stay.

Nice place with access to free trams, Supermarkets and close to city. Views were great but issues work check in. Cleaners hadn't finished when we arrived at 4.20pm for a 4pm check in. Didn't get into the room until 5pm which with a child was very frustrating. Steve the Host was doing what he could to resolve but didn't state the holiday well. Would stay again as enjoyed the stay.
Close to everything we needed very comfortable with a great view,only suggestion would be to add a port for charging mobile phones, maybe the power board in the lounge could be updated to include this as i brought as cord but had to buy a charging device to plug into the wall.
