My children and I stayed for five days. In hindsight the accomodation is better suited to a couple for a night or two, as there aren’t really facilities to prepare and cook meals. The kids loved the pool and surrounding activities. The proximity to Bellingen high street is fabulous.

Nice town
The bedroom was clean and tidy. However the cooking area was poor, not enough space or equipment to cook a meal. The house had all the facilities but is looking a little tired.
I had the most wonderful stay at Janine's. It was easy walking distance to the main part of town. I had a wide range of breakfast cereals, milk, bread & butter and spreads. Janine had even made chocolate cupcakes which were yummy. My bed was very comfy and I had my own enormous bathroom with a magnificent shower/bath and access to a washing machine. The pool was a bonus and Janine was kind enough to allow my daughter and 3 grandchildren come for a swim and a visit. Janine was a fabulous host and I enjoyed our chats!
Great little gem right next to the main strip in Bellingen
I stayed for two nights at Janine's place (where I have already stayed 18 months ago) with a friend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Janine went far and beyond to offer us a very comfortable space, providing all we needed and more (comfortable beds, linen, towels, soap, shampoo etc. and some yummy treats for breakfast). Not to mention the amazing rain shower in the bathroom, it felt like showering under a waterfall in the forest! Highly recommended, I will go again should I go back to Bellingen.

Ok
Accessibility in the wet very very poor no signage and overgrown bushes over the gate. Picture looked very different to actual house. The shower was unsuitable for a person with a disability. Overall the room was clean and the lady was lovely.
Not required at all. You’re not one of the best companies around. Get real.
Rating is for owner. Your service was unreliable.

Comfortable but needs a clean up.
Property had everything that you needed but was not very clean and smelt of damp. Curtains next to single bed have mold and damp stains on them. Property was very dusty, under single beds had thick dust as did bed side tables (bottle lid underneath aswell). Back yard was unusable, over-grown and stuff everywhere. Walls are thin so you could hear everything of the main house. Felt more like staying in someones spare room with leftover furniture and bedding rather than a separate retreat. Stay was comfortable but would consider it to be more like a backpackers accommodation. Over-priced for whats on offer.

Not as advertised!!
We arrived to find a stocking (or what looked like a stocking) keeping the gate shut. When we entered we found that there was no door. The place didn’t look
Anything like the advertisement. We found alternative accom at the local pub so paid to stay there instead so never spent the night. Cannot recommend this place at all I’m sorry!!! There are much better alternatives/choices for the money!!! Don’t stay here!! Ps. The owner hasn’t even tried to contact to find out what happened!?
The property is very centrally located and that is about all it has going for it. It is very unkept, no lounge to sit on in the main area apart from having to sit on the bed to watch the very small TV. Outside bathroom not suitable for an elderly person with 2 very steep steps to climb into a bath/shower. No kitchen. What is the sink is about 1m from the toilet. Little provision of crockery. Single bed has a thin foam mattress.... not suitable. Exterior needed a lot of TLC - overgrown garden and unkept pool. Main bedroom is located beside owner's kitchen and you could hear all conversations including the other person who was talking on it. Very, very disappointing. Definately not suitable for the elderly or disability.
This is a charming garden place - quiet and convenient with walking distance to the main street, shops and cafes.
We felt at home and appreciated whatever needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We love the nature setting and would like to come back again sometime.
This property was perfect for us, close to town. Nice and warm using the heater. It is an old country property so if you want perfection don’t come here. It’s full of plants letting nature heal your soul. Wonderful for us girls/oldies to reconnect, shop and get a feel for the community.
We have re booked 🦋
We enjoyed our two nights at Janine’s home very much. Well located close to Bellingen township, the accommodation was very comfortable and the creative bathroom was amazing! Fresh flowers, fruit and homemade biscuits made us feel very welcome.
We had a lovely and relaxing stay. Beautiful biscuits and fruit in our room on arrival and also bread, milk and butter. Was a nice surprise and touch. Our daughter had a great time in the pool and we loved the bath and shower.
Very quiet and peaceful place to stay.
Would stay here again.
