Extensive bush tracks in the National Park are just minutes walk from the house. Comprising 2 upstairs bedrooms and bathroom, separate toilet, leading to a downstairs bunk room. Western and Northern decks capture all day sun together for relaxing with a book or hosting lunch with friends; plus shaded areas. Wood heater fireplace for relaxing with a glass of wine in the winter.

Close to Diamond Bay in the Mornington Peninsula National Park, 3 minutes walk into the bush tracks leading all the way to Sorrento township and beyond. Front beaches are accessed by a short walk through quiet streets.
Sorrento township is but 15-20 mins walk away and offers many restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarket shopping.
